Worse Hotel.Dont Come here. This is the worse hotel i have ever stayed. Old and dirty. Bad smell AC worse. Everything is worse. No maintenance at all. Bad front desk services.Check in slowCheck out slow. Picture will.show u everything. Regret to book Benakutai

THE HOTEL IS NOT FIT TO BE OPERATIONAL, APART FROM MANT BASIC DEFECTS , THE ROOMS ARE ONLY SERVICED ONE TIME PER WEEK, YOU RECEIVE 600ML OF DRINKING WATER PER WEEK PER PERSON. BREAKFAST IS COLD WITH NO FRUIT JUICE OR CEREAL, BLACK OR WHITE TEA OR COFFEE WITH NO MILK. THE HOTEL HAS THREE LIFTS WITH TWO PERMANENTLY OUT OF SERVICE AND THE THIRD BREAKING DOWN DAILY. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND IS NOT FIT TO OPERATE, THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAY AT, THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE...............
