Popular Balneario Camboriu 4-star Hotels

Great option by the sea in Balneário Camboriú. Excellent location, numerous restaurants nearby, relatively close to the Big Wheel (it is possible and extremely pleasant to walk). Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Furniture a little dated, but functional. Adequate breakfast (nothing pompous, but fully adequate). The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.

This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

All perfect, but the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Ficamos 6 noites no Hotel Geranium e a experiência foi horrível. O banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto permanente. O serviço de quarto apesar de ter sido solicitado na recepção duas vezes não aconteceu em nenhum momento da hospedagem. A cama não possui protetor de colchão e nem lençol de elástico, somente um lençol fino e solto que obviamente sai do lugar enquanto dormimos. O Hotel fica na Avenida Brasil, que é uma avenida extremamente movimentada de carros esportivos barulhentos, e apesar de ter sido reformado recentemente não conta com janelas a prova de som, tornando impossível dormir durante a noite. O café da manhã é razoável mas é aberto ao público, o que deixa o ambiente lotado e desconfortável. Infelizmente pagamos preço de alta temporada sem receber a prestação de serviço que se espera de um hotel. O aumento do valor da diária de alta temporada deveria ser justificado pelo aumento de funcionários e claramente isso não ocorreu, deixando todo o trabalho extra nas costas da equipe e impossibilitando de que o mínimo fosse entregue. Temos família em BC e as viagens são anuais e frequentes, lá não ficaremos nunca mais.

Gostei muito do hotel! São flats. Escolhi um maior. Muito bem localizado e perto de tudo. Restaurantes, padarias e da orla. Dá pra ir a pé. Café da manhã muito bom! Equipe muito simpática... Se precisar de vaga na garagem ,precisa reservar, pois o mesmo é bem pequeno. Super recomendo a estadia. Vale a pena.

The hotel is very good, privileged location. Functional staff very receptive. Accommodations are super new, very well-cared swimming pools, saunas and spa's the guest's disposition! And also bikes to the guest can enjoy the city

Quarto limpo e quentinho. Tivemos uma noite maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Fora a localização que é super perto dos lugares que amo ir ( shopping, loja do big, cafeteria, supermercado, praia) etc. Custo benefício também. Se vc está com pouca grana mas não quer deixar de ter conforto, super indico.😉💕
