Hospitality was good. Went there for a night but full of activity & restaurant can be consider as very near. Private pool & near to beach. All i can say, the place are good for family stay

The room was spacious, cozy and clean. The hotel's location was able to exploring the sea breeze and near places of attraction The facilities such as spa, restaurant and parking was great, but check-in was delayed for 3 hours. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru.

Decent room size with balcony. We stayed during Chinese New Year period and were able to watch multiple fireworks from the room.

The best stay ever as the room given on my early Checked in by Amerald staff soo happy for the services! Room are directly given in front of the beach is awesomeness. Peaceful ambiences away from City! Im lucky i get fast check in room are clean and may improvised on maintenance on outdoor balcony. Food are easily get from hotel room service and next to lobby there is a reataurant serves delicious ShellOut set i ever tried with loads n generous of gravy given!👍🏻 overall all good because im lucky!💞🫶🏻 Keep up on maintenance of building cleanliness n deco then it will be more awesome!🙌

My family need to waiting from 15:00 until 17:00 for room is ready … Service very slow and wasting time cause need to waiting.. The room is full of dust..
The fridge is broken.
Air-cond cant adjust cause already lock . Every 5minutes air-cond auto off .

This hotel is a bit run down, I have to request bedsheets change as I saw there are some yellow stains on the duvet cover. The carpark basement floor is flooded. There's a cockroach in the bathroom. The Beach is spacious and not so crowded.
