What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly.
The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru!
Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience.
We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure!
Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

Room is spacious and generally clean. Hotel amenities are not that great only pool and gym. Food in the hotel restaurant mesh need to be improved seriously, esp during dinner buffet basically there is no service staff to clear your plates and you have to do it urself. Even staffs at the food counters seem also not enough. But generally staffs are friendly and helpful. And they did simple deco for special event.

Room ( only the bed) was decorated for "birthday" guest as requested.
Hotel seems eco-friendly eg; in the use of shampoo, body wash dispensers, recycling bins (even in the room).....
Only issue I had was having to get used to not knocking into the transparent glass separating the toilet bowl from the shower area ( see photo). Initially, I knocked into the glass wall twice "taking a short cut" to the toilet bowl on entering the bathroom door. Fortunately, it was ok. Suggestion: stick something on the glass to alert that it's a transparent glass partition or some other ways?
Foodwise, we could just walk across to a good and reasonable seafood restaurant nearby to eat mini lobsters for dinner ( instead of driving out).

The location is good, less than 10 minutes driving from the beach.
The room design is very comfortable. However, the soundproofing is not that good. Until 11 PM, I could still hear noises from the neighboring rooms and the floor above.

hotel location is good with supermarket and small eateries nearby! pool is quite nice and a small quiet gym if your into it. didnt try the food as many food choices nearby

Great customer service from front desk staffs. Got an early check in at 11+am(probably due to non peak period). Quite a number of eateries across hotel and a supermarket.
Drive to beach & Desaru mini zoo took around 15-20mins.
Hotel breakfast buffet was okay, not a very wide selection but good enough for breakfast :)
Room wise, it’s huge and clean. Love it!

The room very big and clean. The only issue is the food that I ordered from the hotel. Room service. Ordered fried rice wz a fish..cannot recall name. Fish was stale and not fresh. Fried rice was okok..was disappointed wz the standard. Then ordered tea. Came in wz a flask I like huh...so I poured my tea drank and realise something inside my tea so I went to throw away and poured ....eeee dirt flowed together wz the tea. Photos attached.called and asked to cancel and refund first fish and now this. Then she woman came after a long wait wz another set of tea. Apologised n said its complimentary. Was quite late for a tea by then....
So need to.improve their food service and quality especially there are no better foods around
