Popular Bandung City 4-star Hotels

The hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it. Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

You’ve got what you’ve paid. For me, It’s an affordable price for a short stay. The interior hotel design was old and looked dull. Can say it’s the same quality with budget hotel. I’m personally would not visiting again, not only the hotel design looked scary & spooky, the parking lots also limited and small.

The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The thoughtful amenities, added to the overall experience of comfort and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's diverse dining options. The breakfast buffet at Tjokro Restaurant was a delightful culinary journey with an extensive selection of local and international dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. The location of Grand Tjokro Premiere Bandung is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Bandung, it offers easy access to shopping centers, cultural attractions, and entertainment venues, making it convenient for exploring the city. In conclusion, my stay at Grand Tjokro Premiere Bandung was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and outstanding service made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

The hotel has good location.Good views. Furthermore good service and security,The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, Good breakfast varying for options tastes, the staff friendly.

This is the number of times happened extrabed requested through the apps and the hotel staff said that the column just for formalities. So ok we tried to confirm for a booking via phone and yet another response during checkin time can only be requested. And during checkin no extrabed 'because we only have 5 unit' (response from front desk) WOW Amazing service.

East side of Bandung, suitable for those on business trip in the nearby area, great service and cleanliness. High floor has a good view of the city.

Sangat sangat cantik. The receptionist is good and welcoming us so well. The room is spacious and the bed is superb. Definitely we will come back.

Hotel nearby with asia africa and jl braga but it is a old hotel...my room are located at the back and quite scary...amenities provided are basic and u need to request for hair dryer...other than that was ok

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.
