The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. Overall its good hotel for staycation.

Location was amazing, it’s truly near the heart of Bandung, as it was located in Dago. It was a walking distance to some great restaurants (Sagoo, Kedai Nenek, Ampera, etc.) and groceries (Superindo, Rumah Buah). Room also clean, and spacious. I booked a suite room, and had no problems at all in regards to cleanliness, amenities and no leaking sounds from another room. However, they didn’t have the drop-off lobby, so guests must carry their own luggages from the basement to the lobby through an elevator. Parking lots also limited and I can say it was a small space for a basement.

This is what I call the heart of Bandung! Honestly, this hotel gave me five-star service. I regret not checking in from day one! The room was incredibly spacious and just perfect. The interior design was stunning in my eyes. You have to come here! Although my access card didn’t work a few times, the staff quickly resolved it in under 30 seconds. The breakfast spread had so many options, including a wide variety of fruits. My stomach is so full! I’ll definitely be coming back!
