Weekend stay (arrived Fri evening/check out Mon morning)
Minimal reception service (lucky to have a travel SIM card allowing local calls for me to contact the HQ office for check in, enquiries, etc)!
A little far off from the main street and roads were narrow to walk. Used Grab service out & about BKK as we had no chance to use their Tuk Tuk service (FYI: only serves within Thong Lo vicinity).
Stumbled upon a great Jap restaurant (Miyabi) just round the corner though and plenty of eateries along Thong Lo main street!
As for the apartment, cleaning should be provided every 2-3 days, definitely too long for the current every 7 days!
Both bathrooms definitely need ventilators installed! Super warm & stuffy!!!
Wooden flooring (especially in the rooms) should need some fixing as most were bloated up!
A little difficulty/confusing setting up YouTube connection. Should make it simpler/easier to connect.
Other than the above mentioned, overall the apartment was nice (Total 7 units with 1 unit on each floor & ours was on the 3rd floor); awesome furniture/fittings/beddings; fully equipped kitchen and we get to enjoy the rooftop (though small) pool mostly to ourselves! Unique experience.

The hotel front desk service was poor paid through trip.com, but the day to the front desk and asked to pay again, black shop. However, finally through trip customer service communication finally resolved but played almost 1 hour. But the funniest front desk asked me to come back at 2 o'clock to check in, but back and said no room arrangement ah than I made 35 minutes, if you want to be angry can experience.
