This is my first time to stay here. It’s urgent booking by night and hotel staff quick welcomed. They are polite and good service for me. There are small rooftop pool and mini gym. Overall I’m happy.

Unknow water drops from the ceiling.
They changed the room for me.
However, there was 15 minutes electricity shortage around 11am. They only extended 30 minutes for check out. I wanted to rate the part 2/5.
The AC of gym room is not enough though…
There are some good street foods around the hotel to save my stomach.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic value for money and in a quieter part of Bangkok but I loved the nearby neighbourhood of Arie

The hotel's all spiffed up, super clean and nice, but the staff aren't quite five-star professional, though they are really sweet and helpful.

Hotel service and location is good.
But need to improve on the hoy water system, it out of service for over 12 hours, it is unacceptable at all.

There are very reasonable fares for one night’s sleep
Room condition was not bad, but it is a little bit far from BTS station. However, they provide free shuttle service every hour

My second time with UHG Sapankhwai. Staff , service are amazing. Only I found floor in my room dusty, however not a big issue since I told staff they are willing to help to improve. I will definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Quality bedding items, very comfortable sleep. I like the refreshing scents of their shower wash, really gave my stay a pleasant experience. There are lots of cafes and eateries nearby. The staff were delivering excellent service from the entrance to the lobby.
