Review:
The stay was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the walls were covered with mold, and there was a musty smell in the air. The ceiling was partially damaged, with visible water stains, looking as if it could collapse any moment. The plumbing was leaking the shower sprayed water in all directions, and the bidet hose was also dripping.
For this price, the hotel is absolutely not worth it. If the cost were three times lower, I would have no complaints, but at this rate, you can easily find a much cleaner and more comfortable place to stay. 👎

The hotel has excellent all-around amenities that are very useful and thoughtful—for example, the small dryer and the umbrella. However, the cleaning service needs improvement. On the first day, my restroom had water splashing everywhere. On the third night, housekeeping didn’t perform turndown service before I returned. The wall quite thin so it’s very noisy during the night.
Extra points go to the location—it’s extremely convenient and just a short walk to the MRT.

2 stars hotel .. what to expect ?

Generally my stay was wonderful.
However there are small technical issue about my room:
- The hose from wash basin is disconnected and it cause the water flowing directly onto the floor, not only the water from my wash basin, but also the water from wash basins above my floor. It is quite disturbing as it makes my floor wet and dirty.
- For no-window room, the air circulation is a bit stale. For someone who concerns about the air quality, please choose room with windows.

Other than that, many positive impression from the hotel:
- Hotel location is very near metro station (blue line, Thailand Cultural Centre), maybe around 100+ meters only from metro exit 4.
- The hotel is surrounded with many shopping centres (The Street Ratchada, Big C Place, Esplanade, Jodd Fairs, etc), food places (Korean, Thai, Chinese restaurants) within walking distance, of which, some are open 24 hours (burger king, KFC).
- The room is bright and clean.
- The room is sizeable.
- There are some additional amenities also provided for the guest’s convenience such as fridge, umbrella, more hanger and more hook to dry wet clothes, clothes dryer, hair dryer, spare bath gel (in case the one provided finished), electrical power adapter with universal socket, etc.
- Wi fi connection is strong and stable.
- The hotel is Chinese-friendly with Chinese speaking staffs.
- I arrived few hours early from my check-in time, and the hotel let me check-in early into my room as soon as my room is ready. 👍

I booked for 2 nights but when I check in first day the room still not clean before I come in the room. But when I put the sign to clean for second night is good service to clean my room. The location is very good, closer food shop and public transport.

For us looking for a place next to the airport it was a great location. The owner is very nice. It can be stayed for long time because of the lack of amenities but it is really clean and quite affordable

We had to book it at 2am due to a nightmare reservation on another property hosting app, and the staff were excellent and accommodating even at 2am. They really helped us out of a difficult position. Thanks again 🙏
