The hotel is within walking distance from the Fan Chai metro station, about 7-10 minutes. There are several 7/11 and restaurants with food nearby. We were offered several rooms to choose from, we took a room with windows facing the road (the other room had a small window, and we like more light). It is noisy from the road at night, take earplugs. We stayed for a week, we liked everything. The owner is a nice woman, there is cleaning upon request. On the second floor there is a washing machine and a mini kitchen. On the first floor they make delicious coffee with a discount for residents. We recommend.

The room is clean and the service staff is friendly. There is a terrace in the room, but the window cannot be opened. It is too close to the roadside and it is really noisy. There is Temple Arun and the Grand Palace nearby. It would be better to take a taxi.

Affordable price, spacious room, good service, a little stuck, a little too much dust (next to the room, noisy all night), right next to the road, convenient to travel, near MRT, recommended. At the cafe below, there are cats as well.
