While Bedspread Hostel's location is convenient for exploring Khao San Road and museums, it might not be the best choice for light sleepers. The thin walls between rooms and the nearby mosque can make it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's rest. I found the noise from other guests and the mosque to be quite disruptive. The staff, however, is friendly and welcoming, and their enthusiasm for their work is evident. Additionally, the rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy a good book on one of the comfortable chairs.

We found this hotel, but were a bit sceptical about the reviews, particularly being so close to Khao San, but it was nice and quiet and exceeded our expectations. We stayed three times for a total of 7 nights and used the hostel to return to on visiting Kanchanaburi and Chiang Mai. The staff looked after us with early storage of bags. The down stairs space was good for relaxing in.

The room was a bit small, but that doesn't matter for one night. Nice hot shower, clean towels and bed linen. The only improvement could be a small table or a shelf in the room. We slept so well at this central hostel, but it is completely quiet at night. Feel safe staying here. Perfect for a single night to wait for further transport. We came from Koh Tao/Chumphon by bus, which stops right nearby, you can walk, but we took a taxi for 200 baht. Next day the staff was helpful to book a taxi to the airport, price only 500 baht.
