The President Hotel at Chokchai 4

The hotel has spacious rooms, it's very clean. The only issue is the bathroom tub doesn't have hot water and wifi is too slow.

The room is affordable and well furnished. Moreover, the breakfast is tasty and diverse. However, one of the receptionists seems to be perpetually angry. In contrast, I stayed at the Cubic Hotel in Bangkok, they have young and pretty receptionists who always greet guests. Furthermore, the owners need to replace the broken equipment in the gym and add more dumbbells.

My experience at this hotel was very bad. CLEANLINESS See attached Images Stained towels dirty Balconies. Rooms itself is clean. LOCATION Attractions are not too close but not too far, costly than travel around because of the area. SERVICE No adequate English, their English is very limited (Thailand is a top tourist attraction, yet hotels don't feel it's important to employ English speakers and it's a big down side Receptionist was rude to me and did not assist with problems I asked if I could warm my food in the kitchen they said I must walk to Seven Eleven with my food and do it there. I would not mind walking but I have Sun Stroke and did not feel well and ended up eating the cold food as is. WIFI It's so bad that you cannot watch Netflix r YouTube. The WiFi is so bad you can't even make WhatsApp phone calls. Refer attached images and the times. No internet and limited for 3 Days. Asked help and got ignored. Could not attend online meeting with my boss and got a warning from my work because of it. So I'm very upset. In my country when it says limited connection it men's you've not paid your WiFi they limit you feel r a few days before switching it off. I basically only sat in a room with no WiFi no entertainment they have no English channels on their TV. So my 3 days consisted of absolute frustration and just sitting in silence BATHS None of the baths in this hotel works even though they advertise baths. AIRCONDITIONING Very noisy - I have allergies and sneezed very badly in my stay. Basins and plugs, terrible 😔 odor comes from the plugs in the bathrooms. It's such a bad odor. BEDS EXTREMELY HARD BEDS AND PILLOWS. I have not t slept in two days because aircon so load beds so uncomfortable and guests are noisy CONSIDERATION A Guest parked where they were not allowed. Hotel didn't know who it was so at 06:10am the hotel staff came into cking on every guests door to find the culprit and woke me up after I'm already sleep deprived and jet lagged AMENITIES Breakfast included - their breakfast is good Swimming pool - Great but mostly used by their permanent residents. This is a combination hotel. They have apartments where Families live permanently by the pool area so the permanent residents use that area mostly and theirs always children at the pool so it's great for children to make friends and play. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THE Residents OF THIS HOTEL, they are not friendly. I greeted one of them and the person looked at me and walked away to the other side 😭 of the pool because I sat too close where he was sitting at the pool, I wanted to swim bit made me so uncomfortable that I ended up not using the pool. Pet friendly so expect cats and dogs around. Seven Eleven next door. Half hotel and half low budget apartments for locals or working visa foreigners. I suggest look at all your options before booking this hotel. I did not enjoy my time here at all. Wifi Speed Test has been attached to photos. Foreign travelers rely on stable WiFi. I ly one router per floor attached image and it's a brand ken router too it's so old it's probably older than me.

I appreciate how spacious the room is; however, the floor was dirty, and no disposable slippers were provided, which caused my feet to turn black on the first day. It seems the floor was not properly cleaned. Additionally, I noticed an influx of ants on one of the beds, which was concerning. The sofa cover also needs to be replaced. Furthermore, the staff could be more friendly. One of the receptionists is often on the phone, which makes the atmosphere feel less welcoming. Lastly, the cleaning staff tended to enter the room without waiting for us to invite them in, which was a bit unsettling.

I had a good stay in this hotel. The food was really good, they change the menu everyday. The room was spacious. I got a room with a bathtub. The room service was excellent, they clean the room everyday even without asking. However the bed was uncomfortable because its hard and the location is very far from downtown. But you can find different variety of foods around the area
