Excellent stay! The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Location is perfect — just a short walk to malls, cafes and BTS. I will definitely come back!

Convenient for families cuz they hv a 711 downstairs and cross streets to a mall,massage shops outside and walking distance to phrom phong bts

I have the most wonderful time at Mercure hotel. Just a few mins outside are many massages and also mall and the BTS is within walking distance.
The rooms are so spacious though is double bed. We still able to walk around with ease and there is also table place and a sofa bed. I booked two rooms and one room is queen sized bed room and it was fantastic. I was caught off guard when I return back from shopping and found my bed with happy birthday greetings.

The location of this hotel is its biggest asset. Here’s why it's the best:
· Proximity to BTS: Less than a 5-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station. This makes getting around Bangkok incredibly easy and cheap.
· Shopping & Dining: Right next to the luxurious EmQuartier and Emporium malls, with countless food options from street food to high-end restaurants.
· Quiet Yet Central: The hotel is on a peaceful soi (side street), so you escape the noise of the main road but are still in the heart of the action.
· Local Vibe: The street itself has a wonderful local atmosphere with great bars, cafes, and massage places that are much more authentic than the touristy areas.

Great location within 4 minutes walk to train station. shopping malls, restaurants and massage studios all within short walk of hotel. Hotel offers great service, superb amenities and comfortable rooms. I look forward to staying here again.

Dinner in 8th floor restaurant, show there discount 30% 11 am to 17:00pm, but they said only for Thailand food,(I order Tun yong Gong) they said this doesn’t include this one, not mind but Ton yong gong is Thailand food! It’s okay for me.thanks your service.(Lost my towel but when back the room cleaner said,she did not see it, after going, I remembered it should be hang in rest room.)

Close to BTS station (200m walk)
Nice pool on top floor most important it is in the sunshine in the afternoon and not in the building shade. Nice view from roof top over Bangkok at nite.
Small pool bar nice selection on spirits. Barkeeper very nice.
Front desk staff this time nice and helpful
Small coffee shop with espresso machine and good coffee for the quick shots and reasonable prices.
Restaurants not used.
Good accessible location by car too.
