Mariya Boutique Hotel at Suvarnabhumi Airport

The hotel location is good, located on the main road. There is limited parking space, and when you park, you risk being hit because the parking lot is next to the hotel, which is an alley into the community. The staff took good care of us by helping with luggage and providing assistance as requested. The front desk staff who checked in did not speak very impressively, but they seemed to have thought things through and gradually improved their words and behavior. The room had complete amenities, but it seemed like the room was not properly prepared and checked, such as missing a drinking glass and the bathroom door could not be closed. However, when the problem was reported, it was immediately fixed. The water in the bathroom sink flowed very slowly. As for the bed, something that looked like hair but was not hair fell on the bed sheet. We notified the front desk and they replaced the bed sheet with a new one. As for the housekeeper who was waiting on the day of our stay, we were not impressed at all. We greeted them, said hello, and asked for something that they did not prepare for us, but the answer we got was that they could give us that much. However, if we asked, they would give it to us. Their expressions were not welcoming at all. They may be used to receiving foreign customers and see Thais as strange people. We are really sad about this kind of value.

The location is good - not far from the airport, but the rooms themselves are tired, the bathroom is moldy, the room smells of dampness, the linen on the bed is damp.
