Good location and good room. Right off Khao san road, very busy and noisy but the room blocked out most the noise and found what I needed in short distance. Rooms smell strongly of smoke & there’s an ashtray provided in room- although no balcony.

Big room with AC and mini fridge. But at night sometimes really loud because it’s close to Khao San road.

How can I say? It is in the middle of the busy street and convenient for people who are drunk and maybe looking
for a space just to crush, but for travelers like me needed a good night sleep so I can catch tmr's flight, it's a nightmare! Oh wait, you don't have nightmares
because you can't fall into sleep in this loud hotel room because the party won't stop till 4am then back at it again 8am. Don't book this one guys.

The hotel was clean and nice, you get what you pay for. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Only minus point, we had really loud hotel guests on our floor, partying at 4 in the morning and banging the doors.
