Unreal hotel, room and facilities were perfect, spacious and clean. Nice rooftop pool. Only downside was the location was a bit out the way and had to get a lot of grabs around. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Good hotel looks newly renovated and spacious! Near the train station on nut. Stayed here because want to explore bangna and play top golf. Overall a great stay!

Such a lovely hotel, great place to get accustomed to Thailand. We had a very comfortable stay the bed was massive and the shower was great too. There's a pool and gym as well as restaurants within the hotel, although it's a bit further from places its easy to get a grab and main attractions were about half an hour by car.

Terrible. Do not stay at this unclean hotel. Room, including the bed and washroom, had ants. Size of the rooms are quite small too

I booked the hotel because they said on the Trip.com website that they had a balcony, but when I checked in, I found out that this hotel didn't have any rooms with a balcony. Well, Trip.com has compensated me with some extra Trip.com coins. However, Ramada doesn't feel like it is their problem, even though I sent them a note after my booking to remind them about the balcony (It was a few weeks before I check-in), Ramada never replied or said anything that the balcony was not available, otherwise I could have enough time to cancel the booking and find another hotel.
And the "gym" they have are just a few dumbbells and two treadmills placed next to the elevators' corridor, you can't call it a GYM.

Nice amenities and good room set up. But the housekeeping services not up to the standards, probably due to high room demand and under staffing. Breakfast needs improvement, over priced with the minimal food varieties.
