Great stay in the hotel. Very helpful staff , great room and room service. The breakfast though a bit limited for such a hotel but it was still good . The bed was very comfy .

Location is quite near to Ploen Chit BTS, with a mini Lawson and Mac at nearby mall. Hotel also allowed early check-in and decorated the room for our anniversary

During my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ploenchit Bangkok, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel team. The staff went above and beyond to greet and welcome us each day, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to the check-in team, who were attentive to our needs at all times, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the concierge team for their invaluable advice on Bangkok attractions, helping us make the most of our trip and last but not the least, the most efficient housekeeping team for their TLC!
To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a delightful Christmas advent calendar box set filled with festive cookies and vouchers. It was a wonderful touch that truly enhanced our stay. Overall, the hospitality at DoubleTree by Hilton Ploenchit Bangkok made our visit unforgettable!

Hotel staffs were friendly & very hospitable. Room and facilities are new and clean. Breakfast spread was good.
Spa facility under renovation & hence gym/pool do not have restrooms facilities.
Overall a very good experience, will revisit in future.

Overall, first time to stay at this hotel, the location is not far away from BTS, walk about 8 minutes. I booked with the meal package. The breakfast and dinner meal offered and Western food choices. Room is big enough as well provided everything you need in the room.

Great hotel. Huge restaurant and breakfast. Perfect location. Top services. Has gym and swimming pool, although not verified big but enough. Service is great. Recommended!
