4 star hotel, seriously now; The 1st room they gave us was basement. The 2nd time they changed us, the cistern didn't work, while the damage was everywhere. Finally, in the 3rd, the "good", problematic radiators, lights - especially in the bathroom, the door to the veranda, etc. There is no intercom with reception, room cleaning, after 3 days and after we called them 2 times. The food is mediocre. All wrong. The only positive thing is Mario who is tearing up all day and really does his best. It is also a work galley that kills workers with double shifts of up to 18 hours a day, 7 days a week

Very nice place, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The spa area with heated pool, sauna and steam bath is neat. For anything you need, Marios will help you! Very helpful and always present!

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω επισκεφτεί.Ανύπαρκτος καθαρισμός, με εμφανέστατα υπολείμματα από προηγούμενους... Πολλά θέματα συντήρησης σε βασικά τμήματα...Οι παροχές σάουνα και χαμάμ ήταν παραπλανητικές και η πισίνα όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.Πολύ περιορισμένος και ο χρόνος λειτουργίας της...Η δε σάουνα είπαν πως λειτουργεί κατόπιν αιτήματος μισή ώρα πριν... κατά την χρήση της, ούτε απόδοση είχε, ούτε φωτισμό... Πρωινό, τόσο φτωχό που και το ψωμί έβγαινε σε 8φέτες ανά refill και για διαστήματα έμενε χωρίς ψωμί ο μπουφές... γενικά ελάχιστα πράγματα και πάρα πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας... χειρότερα και από low cost rbnb... Δεν αξίζει ούτε μισό αστέρι.Επίσης,οι τιμές δεν ήταν χαμηλές, ώστε να δικαιολογούν κάτι τέτοιο... Ευθύνη και του ταξιδιωτικού LA TRAVEL που χρησιμοποίησε ως εναλλακτική λύση αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, το οποίο δεν είχε στην αρχική συνεργαζόμενη Λίστα.
