"This hotel was good, and the cleanless was really good,the staff was so friendly. The beds were so comfy you can even sleep all day, the food was okay. The pool was clean and beautifull. It has a beautifull garden. The location is good. It would be better if they had more food choices such as caviar,lobsters sushi etc.. I am from Macedonia if your planing a car drive it would take atleast from 1-10 hours."

"Myself and teenage son had a great four night stay in the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and all the staff were attentive and helpful. The manager especially quickly agreed a late check out for us so we could have an extra days skiing. Pool, food,ski hire and shuttle bus etc all of quality , nothing was too much trouble for them Thankyou ,we hope to return with the rest of the family another trip. Scott and Rory Baird."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, and the variety of spa facilities is impressive — several saunas, relaxation zones, and free water available inside. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They even helped me carry my luggage upstairs without me asking. Breakfast was rich enough, without unnecessary excess. The courtyard is lovely — there are rabbits and cats living there, and the air is wonderfully fresh. However, there are a few downsides. The rooms have rather high sound transmission — you can clearly hear your neighbors. The room itself felt a bit tight, not easy to move around. The spa area closes quite early (8 PM), and they start asking guests to leave about 20 minutes before closing, which was disappointing. The pools were closed for the winter, so I couldn’t enjoy swimming outdoors. Also, the ketchup dispenser at breakfast shoots sideways — be careful with your clothes! Parking is paid and not easy to find the first time, but I appreciate that they let me keep my car there for a couple of hours after check-out. Overall, it’s a cozy, well-run hotel that I would recommend — especially for its clean spa and welcoming staff."

"Mixed views for me hotel is lovely and clean location not to bad 15 minute walk into centre and free shuttle bus every 15 minutes but stops at 5 which is not late enough! Majority of staff lovely some leave a lot to be desired and need training and direction. Breakfast was good choice daily coffee machine temperature is off cold coffee not the best resorted in brining sachets down from room in end. Food was not good in terms of heat always cold to the point at dinner we asked for it to be reheated which never happened was freezing which was a shame as taste wise was actually nice but come on sort the heat out it was every day not just once and even after commenting nothing was done. Overall good hotel with a few tweaks could be great."

"Best place for relaxing and enjoying the weekend. Bansko is an authentic and very attractive city to visit, not only in the winter. On the other hand the hotel is GREAT. There is no comparison to any other hotel in this city. The ATMOSPHERE, the CUISINE, the SPA, the ROOMS - all were beyond my expectations. The food was different for every single meal of the day. Sometimes in the evening there is a themed dinner- with seafood, traditional Bulgarian food and many others. The pools were warm and well maintained. I didn’t want to leave the hotel at all. I am very delighted. Definitely going to visit again!!!"

"The rooms are old , unexisting cleaning , the bathrooms smell fog , demand money for everything , a bottle of water 75ml 4 euro , seems to be among the hungry The first dinner in hotel 3 people intoxicated , They didn't want to pay back dinners . Nobody speaking English . 4 stars stolen . They book the transfer to Sofia at 15:00 when rooms are left at 12 a.m. taxable unless we still pay 50 euros . The transfer costs EUR 300 always paid in advance , not for your choice The hungry of money makes you feel a chicken to eat fully disorganized Most recommended"

"I WAS THERE WITH MY CHILDREN AND MY GRAND-SON MY FRINDS ALSO. WE STAYED IN 2 VERY BIG APARTMAN. VERY PLEASENT HOTEL WITH BIG , CLEAN APARTMENT. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS STANDARD LEAVEL. PARKING BIG BECAUSE NEW HOTEL WAS BUILT BY THE SIDE AND I DON T KNOW NOW. THE POOL - HOT WATHER BUTH NOT VERY BEAUTIFUL AREA. THE BUS TO GONDOLA WORK PERFECTLY. I THINK THAT I WILL COME BACK BECAUSE THE PRICE AND WHAT THE HOTEL OFFER IS VERY GOOD"
