Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel made even better by all the staff, proffessional , friendly, helpful along with a smile. Good value for our stay, booked through Balkan holidays.We idn't use all the facilities but breakast was delicious all the tastes catered for. Hotel was warm a nd plenty of hot water for showers etc. Our room had a balcony and had plenty of room for the two of us. A little to far to walk because there was alot of snow but a brisk 15 walk is all it would be. the shuttle was great 8am to 3pm. Taxis 15Levi. Would stay again. wE also paid extra to check out later so we could ski up to our transfer, very helpful with this. Enjoy life, Karl and Lizzie from Guernsey

Mixed views for me hotel is lovely and clean location not to bad 15 minute walk into centre and free shuttle bus every 15 minutes but stops at 5 which is not late enough! Majority of staff lovely some leave a lot to be desired and need training and direction. Breakfast was good choice daily coffee machine temperature is off cold coffee not the best resorted in brining sachets down from room in end. Food was not good in terms of heat always cold to the point at dinner we asked for it to be reheated which never happened was freezing which was a shame as taste wise was actually nice but come on sort the heat out it was every day not just once and even after commenting nothing was done. Overall good hotel with a few tweaks could be great.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little “dated” but that is part of the overall style / look & not because it’s run down. Large family suite, beautiful & well equipped spa, games room, kids room, bar etc. The food included on half board is the best “hotel buffet” food I’ve ever had. There is a free shuttle bus to the gondola if you’re skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel! Incredibly good hygiene and stuff attitude! It’s was very pleasant for my personal experience as I waited for up to my staying last year in the same period. Very good food and service! Good welcome, nice child care and perfect spa. Good value for price!
