前台小姐姐Dora服務很熱情 到酒店後發現沒有嬰兒床了，幫忙升級房型，保證了孩子的安全睡眠，充電樁很多，給車充電也超級方便，退房時給了小玩具，孩子很喜歡這裏 下次還來

五一出行看到這家是新開業酒店距市區有點距離，出於對希爾頓酒店的信任選擇了，結果不僅保持了希爾頓的水準，還給了驚喜，入住前打電詢問酒店情況，可不可以升級，説是希爾頓會員有空房就可以，入住時發現在App上沒有顯示可升級房子，兩位前台小姐姐熱情耐心查詢，請經理協助協調，最終升級了房型，還送了歡迎水果！酒店大堂明亮漂亮，休息空間充足設計成書吧形式新穎，可惜沒有時間坐下來好好讀書！房間寬敞舒適，設施人性化，視野開闊！早餐種類比較豐富，衹是假期人多扎堆時略微擁擠。節日期間人多但服務人員始終保持熱情周到，非常滿意的假日住宿體驗👍👍👍

是25年新開的酒店，一切都是新的，停車場地上，地下位置都很寬敞，環境高，大，上，房間大衞生特別乾淨，特別是酒店培訓很到位，所有人員服務都很到位，專業素質高，早餐很豐盛，可以説應有盡有了，總之很滿意！

每一個房間門口都有一個小顯示屏，顯示的是保定各處景點，感覺很有新意。屋內空調風量柔和，床品舒適。早餐也不錯，整體除了位置偏，沒什麼大毛病。
