The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – both the seniors and the kids loved it. The hotel's location is also excellent, offering both convenience and tranquility. Location: Convenient, there's a food street behind it, only a 10-minute drive from the East Railway Station and a 20-minute drive from West Street."

"On our trip to Baishi Mountain, we decided to stay one night in Baoding on our way back and chose the Fanjia Hotel. First off, the price was great, the location was convenient, parking was easy, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which was fantastic! The breakfast had a rich variety of options, the room was clean and hygienic, and the hot water was plentiful, making for a comfortable shower. They also provided us with many bottles of water, which was wonderful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoding."

While waiting in the lobby, guests are offered complimentary cookies and tea. The restaurant is quite large, serving only breakfast, but the buffet offers a wide variety, including local specialties like beef chaobing. Overall, it feels like great value for money. However, there are some details the hotel could improve. We saw guests smoking while playing cards in the lobby, and the bathroom door in our room was very difficult to open once closed, likely due to a construction oversight."

"I checked in around 9:30 PM. It was my first time checking into a room on the 3rd floor, and I was shocked to find someone already inside after swiping my key (I even got yelled at by the person checking in). I called the front desk and was told to come down and check in again. I went downstairs with my suitcase. This time, I was staying on the 2nd floor. I was shocked again when I opened the door – the bedding was a mess! I immediately called the manager. The manager came upstairs, and I could feel his sincerity. He helped me change rooms. The floor was still damp after being cleaned, but I was too tired from a business trip to bother changing. The manager said as long as it was safe, it was fine (he brought a bag of hotel snacks, so the room was probably an upgrade). After putting my luggage down, I started an online meeting until 1 AM. After washing up and getting ready to sleep, I found the blankets were damp (both sheets and duvet cover). I really didn't have the energy to find someone to change them. As I drifted off to sleep, mosquitoes buzzed around – there were mosquitoes! What angered me most was the hotel front desk staff; they were completely cold and indifferent. Did I owe them money?"
