We had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

It is very convenient to take mothers and children to play during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It takes two hours to drive. The facilities are not fancy, but they are all affordable. Overall, I am very satisfied. The hot springs can be used until 12 o'clock in the evening, which is very user-friendly. It’s understandable that you can only come in and out once during holidays, so you can have a better experience. A richer breakfast would be better.

候補的火車票是5.1早上7：00多的，到酒店不到10：00，抱着試試看的心態問前台可不可以入住，正好有空房前台給辦了入住，服務態度一如既往的好，入住的時候估計是剛打掃完房間，衹有瓶裝礦泉水，等我們回來就看到了水果和零食還有飲料，入住2天，不論是前台，還是清潔阿姨，還是水世界，温泉滙館工作人員服務態度都很好，點贊👍

每次自駕出遊回京前必來泡温泉，以前住旁邊的温泉酒店，團隊多，住客素質差，這次住的假日酒店，大廳環境好，房間隔音效果好，乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛，前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務很周到，無限次的進出温泉場館，温泉泡池換水及時，自助晚餐很超值，門前停車場很大，體驗感非常好，下次再來還會選擇住在假日酒店。

房間設施有些舊了，地毯斑駁沒有及時處理，影響感觀分。餐飲種類很多，很實在。服務人員很努力，但明顯缺少專業訓練和日常督導。從假日酒店前台辦理入住開始就感覺不太好，兩天接觸了三四個前台服務員，第一個説話生硬，辦入住像是官員辦事窗口，缺少酒店行業的必要培訓。其他人在接待諮詢時好很多，感覺就是對崗位的認識不專業，雖然很辛苦，很努力但是效果就是停留在低層次上。送的浴鹽和農業樂園很好，算是特色吧

豪華房的房間很大，就是距離温泉滙有點遠，房間內看向稻田的視野開闊，酒店工作人員態度都不錯，温泉裏玩的開心，五一人也不算太多，農業園裡孩子玩的很開心
