Magnotel Hotel(Zhili governor's office of Baoding)

Good reviews. I came here once before the New Year. The hygiene is very good. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I booked a hotel for my weekend trip to Baoding. I stayed near the scenic spots and tried to walk no more than 10 minutes. It also had to be convenient for eating. The location of this hotel is superb. You can walk to the Zhili Governor's Mansion, the Ancient Lotus Pond, and the Great Compassion Pavilion. You can take the kids for a stroll and then visit the small shops along the way. It is also convenient for eating. There are many places to eat around, such as donkey meat hot pot and Baoding cuisine. It is very convenient. The hotel room is ok, and the wash cups are disposable paper cups which I haven't seen for a long time. The hotel is relatively soundproof, and even though there are many people staying in the hotel on weekends, it is not very noisy. The room cleaning done by the service staff is also quite good. All in all it's a good choice.

Overall I am quite satisfied, but I would like to offer two suggestions: 1. The extra bed is of average quality and squeaks when you turn over; 2. The extra bed only provided a toothbrush and a pair of slippers, but no towels or bath towels. Still needs to be improved.

What satisfies me most about the whole hotel is the hygiene. The floors are relatively clean! This level of non-star hotel is really great! Now let me talk about the shortcomings. I drove to the door but couldn't enter the parking lot because the parking spaces were full. I called the front desk and they asked me to find the security guard who said he was staying at the hotel. After I found the security guard and went in, the front desk kept telling me on the phone to just find a place to park... I was speechless. If there was a parking space, wouldn't they automatically open the gate? Fortunately, a car left soon... We found the chance... When I went downstairs the next day, we made eye contact with the receptionist, and I needed to smile and nod politely first. Maybe there is something wrong with me that makes me unworthy of the service greeting... But I should have been trained in this aspect of service... In addition, some of the hardware can really be replaced. For a price of less than 300, the hair dryer is still the oldest one. You need to press it with your hand all the time. The mattress will also move... Distance is not a problem, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. It can be improved. Baoding is not a mainstream tourist city. According to the consumption level, the price is not low. Unfortunately, I can only give it a medium rating!

這次自駕去保定，選擇入住了白玉蘭酒店（保定直隸總督署店）。住了兩個晚上，感覺特別滿意，總結起來，主要有三方面的方便：首先是客房整體佈局設計非常人性化，使用起來很方便、順手，你能想到的需求都為你安排到位了，你常會抱怨的不便之處也都貼心地規避了。第二就是去保定市區景點遊覽非常方便，最著名的直隸總督署、古蓮花池公園，還有網紅商業街西大街，距離白玉蘭酒店都衹有小几百米的步行路程。大慈閣、天主教堂、淮軍公所步行就是大幾百米。保定動物園和保定古城牆稍遠一些，但也就是1.3公里左右，步行也可以，打車也就是個起步價。晚上到西大街逛逛，遛餓了，就在西大街的安家罩餅吃上一碗可以免費續餅的保定特色美食罩餅，又方便，又實惠。對了，距離酒店小几百米的還有另一個保定地標建築鐘樓，旁邊的鐘樓百貨地下室，有一家麪包房，那裡的大麪包就連保定當地人每天都要排長隊搶購呢。第三就是停車。“這麼近那麼美，週末到河北”，可駕車到了河北，如果要為找停車位犯難，因停車費鬧心就不那麼完美了。而白玉蘭酒店前面就是一個公共的收費停車場，而在白玉蘭入住的客人，衹要在前台掃個碼，就可以享受免費停車，您説這是不是倍兒美呀！下次去保定還得住這兒。

房間地理位置很好，乾淨衞生，住着也很舒服，充電器落在了房間內，小哥很快就給安排郵寄了，吃驢肉火燒罩餅的店都很近，而且樓下有個小酒館，很方便
