這是我在上谷大觀住過最差勁的酒店。
第一:價格在平台上算高了，但是環境很差
第二:房間設施幾乎可以説全是破爛。門鎖鎖鎖不上，還關不緊。打電話前台讓我使勁推。説每個房間都這樣，也不能反鎖衹能掛防盜鏈。
第三:水龍頭熱冷水接反了你敢信嗎？
第四:房間設計很反人類，廁所門前有個感應燈。這沒什麼，起夜也挺好的，在床上睡覺但是一翻身就會亮，太靈敏了吧，晚上根本不敢動。

房間死角衞生很差，沐浴露洗髮水的瓶子都很臟，洗漱台上的香氛也都是灰，房間裏面連電視也沒有，真是差到極點了，價格平台裏面最高的

剛去了前台沒人 打電話等了二十分鐘才來 前台女服務員服務態度也不好 一進屋子一股刺鼻的臭味 給前台打電話説換間房 告訴我們沒房了 前台讓保潔去看看 保潔讓給前台打電話解決 一進去拖鞋特別臟 又臟又臭和抹過屎一樣穿了一次還扔了一雙襪子 上面粘着假睫毛 拖鞋底下也有tt 的袋子地板上還有裝tt的袋子 地板上都是衞生紙 角落裡到處都是灰洗手池底下的櫃子裏還有兩個**袋也不知道幹嘛的
