Facilities: The facilities are very old, the door locks are broken, and the shower head is also broken.
Hygiene: If you live next to a mountain, you can understand if there are insects.
Environment: It looks very good from the outside, but the room is dark and damp when entering.
Service: You must pay a deposit to check in. When I entered the room, I found that the door was broken. I contacted the contact person at the front desk to see it and there was nothing I could do. 地理環境還可以，酒店確實很大，但是也有諸多不方便，入住不方便停車不方便行動不方便體驗也不方便!服務等於零，酒店總機客服電話打不通。純屬擺設，應該是有意佔線或者不去接聽，因為他們也知道人太多忙不過來，乾脆直接選擇忽略。你在入住以後就不能要求有任何服務了，有的話他們也不會響應!房間設施老舊，衞生情況極差!不要想着配套説是温泉啊，親子等等，這些配套完全不能使用!還不如周邊的大型農家樂!

衞生：先説不足。因為靠近山，房間的陽台上有很多蟲子，這個難以避免，但是還希望能夠加強打掃。
設施：陽台推拉門的鎖，大部分都壞了，並不安全，希望能夠更換上可以上鎖的維修，不然晚上睡覺不安全。
環境：來跑馬拉松，滿意。

房間整體佈局不錯，一個紅蘿蔔布偶一個小帳篷讓孩子很喜歡，房間地暖太不給力剛入住時相當冷，還好打開空調逐漸升温可接受。
寶雞南站到九龍山的直通車臨時停發，給出行帶來極大的不便，酒店及九龍山均不予解決，給差評！

元宵節後去寶雞玩，到九龍山景區時入住它家，淡季人少，價格低，環境清幽雅緻，早餐豐富，服務細緻貼心，温泉體驗尤為舒適，整體感受寧靜放鬆。
