"Cleanliness was acceptable and breakfast options atypical of Chinese hotels. My room was facing the afternoon sun and it was really warm and had no ventilation. Unfortunately, there isn't a vent built into the Windows as well, hence the heat built up quickly. Centralised heating was turned on and the AC cooling was turned off which is typical of most hotels during Winter. Had trouble sleeping at night as it was too stuffy and warm."

"The first night's accommodation was problematic. Last time, the deals included elegant double rooms, so I assumed it would be the same. I repeatedly asked during the live stream if it was a minimalist double room, and they said yes. The front desk even left a positive review on their phone. However, when I opened the door, it was a business room. I called the front desk and they said the price difference was too great to change rooms. I figured I'd make do for one night, but the next day I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the heating was broken, and I thought it would warm up once the air was on. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, and my child caught a cold. Overall, it was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had."

The only thing is that the room is not soundproof."

"A great hotel, the actual experience matches the pictures on Ctrip, and parking is convenient. We stayed on the 23rd floor, with a view of the Wei River, the largest tributary of the Yellow River that flows through the city. The bedding in the room was very good, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area for a dry and wet separation. Bottled water was available on the table in the elevator area on each floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the noodles were delicious. The "One Bowl of Spicy Oil" hot pot restaurant recommended by the receptionist was excellent, and the receptionist was polite, warm, and understanding. Overall, a great new hotel, five stars."

"Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well."

"Whether it's good or bad, see for yourselves. I checked in after 10:30 PM. An hour before check-in, the hotel called to confirm my arrival. After confirming, they explicitly said they would thoroughly clean the room. I didn't expect it to be like this after check-in: there was still unflushed feces in the toilet, and the trash can and the table were like this after wiping with wet wipes. Parking was provided, but the parking lock was locked. They claimed it was for a traffic ticket and made me drive to three different parking lots, wasting twenty minutes without finding a place to park. Finally, the hotel unlocked the lock, and I parked in the open space in front of the hotel. I had planned to stay in Baoji for two days, but now I've lost all interest and am going home. It's the ***** New Year, so it's understandable that there are many hotels, as I always choose this hotel when I go to Baoji. I didn't expect this time... sigh."

The hotel is conveniently located near Chencang Old Street and the Bronze Ware Museum, making it easy to explore the area.
