"I really loved this hotel! From the front desk to the restaurant, the service was warm and attentive, and everyone was so good-looking! The room was also very clean and comfortable. All in all, this established hotel has a sense of belonging that other hotels can't match. The view is unbeatable too! And the coffee is definitely worth trying! You really should experience it! Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and so plentiful! I've attached pictures, take a look!"

"Whether it's good or bad, see for yourselves. I checked in after 10:30 PM. An hour before check-in, the hotel called to confirm my arrival. After confirming, they explicitly said they would thoroughly clean the room. I didn't expect it to be like this after check-in: there was still unflushed feces in the toilet, and the trash can and the table were like this after wiping with wet wipes. Parking was provided, but the parking lock was locked. They claimed it was for a traffic ticket and made me drive to three different parking lots, wasting twenty minutes without finding a place to park. Finally, the hotel unlocked the lock, and I parked in the open space in front of the hotel. I had planned to stay in Baoji for two days, but now I've lost all interest and am going home. It's the ***** New Year, so it's understandable that there are many hotels, as I always choose this hotel when I go to Baoji. I didn't expect this time... sigh."

"This was the third time I chose to stay at this hotel because, during my previous visits, I was always impressed by the service and overall experience. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. I booked a larger room, just as I had done on my previous visits, but was initially given a much smaller room. After I raised the issue with the front desk, they changed my room. Although the new room was still not the same size as the one I had booked before, I accepted it to avoid causing any inconvenience. The biggest disappointment came when I tried to work at the study desk. The chair was in very poor condition—the seat foam was completely worn out, making it uncomfortable and practically unusable. I asked the staff to replace the chair, but they simply told me that all the chairs in the hotel were the same and therefore could not be changed. I explained that I was not asking for a different model, only for a usable chair because this particular one was clearly damaged. Unfortunately, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging my concern. I was genuinely surprised that why it seemed so difficult for a Baoji No. 1 four-star hotel Hotel to replace a damaged chair or even take a guest’s complaint seriously. Small issues can happen in any hotel, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. I hope my feedback helps the management reflect on how a loyal and previously satisfied customer can become disappointed due to declining service quality and a lack of attention to guest concerns. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its service so future guests can enjoy the same positive experience that encouraged me to return in the first place."

I repeatedly asked during the live stream if it was a minimalist double room, and they said yes. The front desk even left a positive review on their phone. However, when I opened the door, it was a business room. I called the front desk and they said the price difference was too great to change rooms. I figured I'd make do for one night, but the next day I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the heating was broken, and I thought it would warm up once the air was on. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, and my child caught a cold. Overall, it was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had."
