就指望音樂節幾天宰宰人了，我預訂的房型到了跟我説沒有了，要麼等要麼花錢才能升級房型，我等不了了就又花了70塊錢升級完的房間練個空調都沒有，給前台打電話一開始還彎彎繞繞不想解決。有哪個酒店自己房間不夠了要顧客花錢升級房型的

其他都挺好的，但是周圍很吵，下午兩點到五點外面廣場一直有很大聲的音響，晚上一直持續到九點多。睡覺隔音效果也不太好。最難受的是空調自己不能調，温度不能自己調節，休息也不舒服。

衞生：床單被罩泛黃，毛巾浴巾泛黃
環境：周圍比較繁華，鬧市區
服務：第一次給的房間衞生間頂有洞，很大，房間破舊，布草也是爛的，去前台換房，前台讓客房服務員把我進去過的房間收拾一下再賣，我上去拿行李時服務員嫌棄的眼神，大過年的受到傷害，覺得自己像個無理取鬧的***

①房間很小和其他尚客優酒店同房型不一樣②主燈壞了，房間全是一個昏黃調調的燈光，且床頭燈和排氣的是一個開關。一打開床頭燈就很吵③隔壁四點多就施工，特別吵，沒隔音，沒怎麼睡④沒有放抽紙，提醒前台拿上來的是廁所捲紙⑤房間WiFi用不了🥷🏻🥷🏻🥷🏻🥷🏻🥷🏻🥷🏻🥷🏻
