和老爸今年第三次自駕遊了，這次第一站是寶雞，選了這家離周圍景點很近的這家酒店，性價比很高，樓下飯店味道不錯，酒店早餐免費自助也行。
衞生：很好
服務：不錯的。

聽完許巍到達酒店入住已經很晚了，設備很陳舊，晚上居然沒熱水，衹有一點點温度，根本無法洗漱，衞生間排風扇還特別吵，340一晚就這…？因為有音樂節漲價了翻倍不止，已無力吐槽，也懶得拍照片，下次來寶雞絕不會再選擇這家酒店。

服務：差到至今都令人髮指！停車有空位但是門口閘機不抬桿，也沒有人解決！
使用攜程20多年，遇到過最差勁！最不舒服！最名不副實！服務最差！硬件條件最差…的酒店！
節假日價格上漲可以忍，客流量大服務品質有影響可以理解，但用一副愛理不理愛來不來遇到問題完全不理會不解決的態度賣高價房間，房間衞生狀況驚人髮指，設施設備破舊各種敷衍不能忍！
房間衞生奇臟無比，桌面上各種污漬都沒清理，衞生間房門設計有缺陷，洗澡水會嘩啦啦流進房間，導致房間內都是水，向前台反應居然完全不理會讓客人自己想辦法清理！！毛巾浴巾和被褥都有破洞，沙發上有明顯可見的粉塵污物，不敢相信這是要價300多一晚的“高檔酒店”，簡直是寶雞當地文旅服務的恥辱，給整座城市抹黑，國慶假期在寶雞的所有好印象，被這個極度不靠譜的酒店全部摧毀。噩夢般的旅程，使用攜程預訂酒店住宿二十多年，從來沒有對哪家有過如此失望的感受。
敬請各位攜程用户擦亮眼睛，不要再來這家上當受騙。也懇請攜程平台能夠嚴格審核，不要讓這種完全不具備接待能力的草台班子以“高檔酒店”名義誤導消費者！
難得的假期帶一家老小出門玩，遇到這種住宿體驗真的真的很受傷！

作為酒店業的同行，我願意給五分好評。房間應該是之前錦江白玉蘭酒店的基礎，硬件都可以。性價比非常高。100多無早，130多含雙早。也有需要提升的地方，提幾點建議，第一，早餐規定9：30分結束，我們8：50到的餐廳，基本沒什麼吃的東西了。最後餐廳還是給新炒了一個熱菜，切了一份西瓜。第二，在客房裡麪找不到WIFI密碼，還需要打電話問前台要，密碼是8個7 。第三，毛巾，浴巾太舊了，毛邊厲害。床單被罩還算可以的。第四，水量比較大，可以用節水龍頭控制水流速度，也可以省水費，也可以避免水量過大，怦得身上到處都是。第五，洗髮水沐浴露 牙刷 拖鞋之類的 可以稍微提升一些。 總之這個酒店在100-150這個價位區間整體還是很推薦的。如果各方面提升一下，均價還能再提升20-30元。
