They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended.
