During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The hotel has a very beautiful environment and is so comfortable. It is decorated in Chinese style. It is within a 20-minute drive from Xifu Old Street, high-speed rail station, Chencang Old Street, and Yinxiang Town. The service of the newly opened hotel is really attentive and the front office manager Gou in the lobby is always so welcoming from check-in to check-out. During my stay, Liang Yu, the guest room manager, always introduced me to the hotel and wireless Internet carefully and patiently. Every service showed the high quality of the hotel. I will choose here next time.

Very cost-effective hotel. More than one hundred prices, there are two or three hundred prices of hotels. The room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, rain shower and bathtub are also available. A few hundred meters behind the hotel, three or five minutes walk away, there is a quite big vegetable market. Eating, buying vegetables, buying fruits, buying braised vegetables... very convenient! Although the swimming pool and gym are outsourced, 38 yuan/time use also provides options and convenience. Although not in the scenic area, it is very convenient to go out by bus and take a taxi.

Birthday in BaoJi: The Swisstouches Hot Spring Hotel property is nice and involves a Master Plan for “In Tang Dream Town” development. I enjoyed my room spa enough, but there are bath houses, steam rooms, and a spa. I chose to eat dinner in my room and kept to room service for breakfast. The sleeping is comfortable and the walk with photos. There is a book room, cafe, and some restaurants. I saw a Lego store, but not a gift shop. Multitude of tea houses. Stayed just one night. An hour from xX’an by train plus 30 minutes to drive. The car ride is 90 minutes from west Xi’an. Lots of families here and property investors. Decor is lovely, there’s shuttle service, and walking areas. Note: Construction in area. Culture block down the street open at night. Service and remedy attentive. Thank you.

The hot spring has two major indoor and outdoor areas. It was drizzling and the outdoor area felt beautiful. Although it was the May Day holiday, we could basically find empty pools outdoors, which had both beautiful scenery and a certain degree of privacy. We took a red wine bath and an angelica bath, and took a bunch of beautiful photos of the baby. By the way, there is also a swimming pool outdoors for swimming. The indoor pool is a large pool with massages of various water currents. The water bar has self-service fruits and unlimited drinks.
