極差，酒店就一部直梯，還是壞的，我家長者爬了兩天的樓梯，空調聲音如同轟炸機，還不製冷，門窗都關的情況下，房間半夜不知從哪進來好多飛蟻，設施老舊，衞生堪憂，早餐簡單，體驗感極差

淡季全家出遊，帶長者孩子入住。大堂和房間都能看到七仙嶺，私湯温泉很舒服，有泳池和小童樂園。由於淡季人少，早餐改成點餐式，還可以，總體性價比非常高。

酒店整體環境優美，鳥語花香，客房衞生乾淨整潔，陽台上有温泉泡池，還有一個大露台，看七仙嶺的風景很美，前台美女服務員態度很好，還送了貼心下午茶。早餐品種豐富，朋友很喜歡，下次還來酒店度假。

入住等了半小時多 到的時候已經四點多，沒人出來迎接，前台的男服務人員一個笑臉沒有，板著臉説等着，也沒有任何補救。
設施：非常老舊，房間裏玻璃不乾淨，傢俱掉漆，房間裏的陽台好多煙頭
早飯的位置非常少，打掃也不及時，到處都是臟臟的。
酒店所有工作人員都是一副我們就是人少，服務就是這樣的感覺，所有工作人員都擺着臭嘴臉，真的搞不懂一千多的酒店就是這樣的服務，攜程4.5+的評分是怎麼來的？！

帶着父母泡温泉，這裡是最佳選擇，安靜私密房間空間大，景色宜人，8樓餐廳一邊看着七仙嶺一邊吃着飯心情美美的。中餐廳粵菜師傅做菜口味很好吃。露台泡澡後喝杯茶，躺躺不要太愜意。總之很滿意
