"Hi, we had been planning to visit this place for a long time, as it looks very beautiful and has good reviews. In reality, the hotel is quite old. The staff are very polite and the территории is beautiful, which creates a nice overall impression. However, the price seems a bit overpriced for what the hotel actually offers. In the restaurant, I asked for two wine glasses to be delivered to the room, but one of the glasses brought was actually an ashtray. It seems no one even checked it before sending it. The air conditioning was barely working, and the refrigerator in the room was useless as it didn’t cool at all. We also wanted to have dinner at the buffet at 18:50, but were told that the restaurant was already closed. The food quality was also not very good. Overall, despite the beautiful nature and polite staff, I don’t feel like coming back to this hotel again."

"The resort is beautiful and strategically located in the tropical rainforest where the air is fresh and clean. It has beautifully designed swimming pools and several hot spring pools. The room is clean, huge and spacious with private hot spring pool. The breakfast was sumptuous with local and international cuisines. The breakfast dining hall has full glass wall from top to bottom such that we felt like dining in the midst of the rainforest. The guest service executives, house-keeping attendants and buggy drivers were attentive and helpful. I am very thankful to 小邹 who helped me to order a large handcrafted bouquet of flowers for me to present to my wife for our wedding anniversary. The bouquet was presented to my wife on the following day as a surprise for her. It really made our stay more meaningful and memorable. The manager 小兰经理 also sent her regards and see that we were enjoying our stay. We will be looking forward to visit Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount again!"

"The hotel is well situated in the Yanoda Forest park. The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, hot water available in the shower and all toiletries included. The staff was very helpful, although as a person who cannot speak Chinese it was a bit challenging. The breakfast and diner at the restaurant was very good. I quite enjoyed the offered night trail tour. Overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to include the WeChat contact details on the hotel booking confirmation. The staff does not speak English so couldn’t communicate when I called the given number. It was very stressful and challenging to get into the park to access the hotel without someone trying to sell me an entry ticket. Also finding the right place for the shuttle service to the hotel took us half an hour and a lot of stress. Only if the hotel provided their WeChat in the booking confirmation I would have avoided all of this and the stress. However, once at the hotel the staff was very kind and helpful."

"Because we were going to visit the Yanoda Rainforest, we simply looked for a hotel that was close to it. We found a two-bedroom villa and immediately placed an order. When we arrived at the hotel that afternoon, we could only park our car in the parking lot and then the hotel's special electric car would take us and our luggage to check in and go to the hotel room. It was really a good deal to include a visit to Yanoda! One person saved almost 200 yuan, and there was a discount for buying attractions in the scenic area at the hotel front desk, which saved another 20 yuan. The room was very large and clean, with two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator. I didn't expect the water in the swimming pool to be very clean. Although the weather in Sanya was very cold this time, my husband still went to the swimming pool to swim. The living room is very large, especially suitable for a family trip. Although many of the villas next to it have not been developed and look a bit shabby, the air here is really good. It is really comfortable in the tropical rainforest. It is also very quiet. Breakfast is delivered to the room. My God, there are so many things that I can't finish them. Steamed buns, fried noodles, fried dough sticks, egg porridge, and soy milk. If I had to say a downside, I turned on the light in the cloakroom and found a big cockroach. I was so scared. I was too afraid of cockroaches. I suggest that the hotel put cockroach medicine regularly. It is very humid here and it is easy to attract cockroaches."
