The boss is very nice. The indoor environment is good. It feels like home. The downstairs is Wanda. Shopping and eating are more convenient. The boss has WeChat at home. I will choose Vientiane again in the future.

酒店挺不錯的，老闆挺熱情給免費升級了房間，就是前台的阿姨服務太糟糕了，我去前台辦理入住，阿姨説老闆不在，一直催我，我説了不着急，一直催我交按金，我説稍等下，她直接甩臉子走了，花錢來看臉色的嗎，還説什麼那就慢慢等吧，喜歡等就等，這麼豪橫

位置就不用説了 萬達廣場 一般都是一個城市比較熱鬧的商圈 所以交通便利 四通八達的 樓下各種小吃 事業也好 可以看到遠處的山 和鋼鐵大道的車水馬龍

1、酒店環境非常好，地處市中心，樓下就是萬達廣場，訂外賣，出行什麼的也都特別方便，萬達旁邊還有個迎賓公園，吃完飯以後來散散步也是很愜意的哈哈哈
2、衞生方面收拾的很乾凈，跟老闆説需要打掃衞生時也打掃的很快，就是打掃完後衞生間的地上還有馬桶上還是有遺留的一些頭髮，但整體衞生方面我覺得是過關的，阿姨早上也會來敲門主動問需不需要續房和打掃衞生
3、設施稍微有點陳舊，床頭衹有右側一個插頭還有點松，一不小心充電器就會掉下來；感覺這裏網不是很好，用了酒店wifi也會接收不上消息，電視能看但是會卡到自己重啟，對網速也有些要求哈哈哈哈哈。但畢竟我們訂的是特惠房，就也不要求那麼多啦，反正住在這裏三天還是很滿意，很舒服的。評價這些衹是給其他顧客一點參照，其他房間還是非常不錯的
4、最後就是我必須要大誇特誇的服務了。老闆真的非常非常好，我們趕了兩天的路來這裏，但早上到太早，我們的房間還沒有空出來，就跟老闆聯繫想訂鐘點房，老闆這裏房源太緊俏，就有一個人家剛退房還沒來得及打掃的家庭房可以降價讓我們先休息一下，跟在外面凳子上幹坐幾個小時來説，能躺下真的已經很幸福了，誰還管臟不臟啊，反正我們兩天在路上身上也沒多乾淨哈哈哈哈哈哈，就果斷加錢先睡了一會兒，到中午十二點房間空出來了，也是老闆親自過來叫我們，給我們送房卡。再就是第二天晚上有人可能走錯房間了，狂拽我們房間的門把手，整得陣勢怪嚇人，我們就聯繫了老闆，老闆也給我們提供了樓下保安室的電話，還解釋了很多，告訴了我們遇到這種事情的處理辦法，就真的很棒。不管是給老闆發消息問包頭特色，需要袋子還是想要退房後寄存行李，老闆都回復地很快，很熱情地幫助我們解決問題，這服務真的是讓人體驗感超好。下次如果有需要，肯定還是要來這裏住的
