"This is an older hotel, and the facilities are a bit dated (for example, the toilets aren't smart toilets). However, the service here is excellent. Whether it's the front desk staff, the floor attendants, the restaurant staff, or any other service personnel you encounter, they are all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Thumbs up to them! 👍 The hotel's swimming pool is also quite good, and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. The location of this hotel is also fantastic. The surrounding commercial streets and Wanda Plaza are great for browsing, and there are many delicious food options nearby. Right downstairs is the Bank Plaza, perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening. If I come to Baotou again next time, I'll probably stay here again! 😊"

"The room was nice, but check-in was on the upper floor. This Ctrip listing is for a high-end hotel, which doesn't quite fit the bill. The air conditioning in the room wasn't on, but the air conditioning on the first floor was very cool. Is this to save energy? I paid for the air conditioning, and I slept with the curtains and windows open in the middle of the night. A fan was provided to cool us down, but we didn't get a heat stroke. A high-end hotel's service and amenities are crucial, not just the room's condition."

"Solid hotel close to many good restaurants. Very spacious rooms. Just a 7 min taxi ride to the Baotou museum. The breakfast was fantastic. Really fantastic! The staff was friendly, and tried to help me organize an excursion to the Kubiqi desert. Unfortunately they messed that up (but then apologies profusely and gave me some gifts instead). Note to future tourists: Just take a Didi to the desert. Don’t bother about the bus."

"The hotel near Baotou Railway Station and Airport is very modern, with Xiaodu Xiaodu, smart toilets, and very considerate facilities such as facial cleanser, hand sanitizer, and underwear washers. Very rich breakfast, including Nemont snacks and vegetables. There are many restaurants and roadside barbecues near the hotel, and it’s fun to watch them eat. The key hotel has a doll-catching machine to satisfy children's joy of catching dolls. The only drawback is the parking space, which may be a little insufficient during holidays and is shared with a nearby supermarket."

They didn't contact the person who booked the room directly, but instead contacted my girlfriend directly to ask for the bedsheet cleaning fee. She didn't leave her phone number. Is this harassment?"
