"For the hotel with 400 yuan a night, the location, facilities and sanitation are quite good. It is beyond my expectations. The service is not good. It may be because of cheap hotels, so there is nothing in the lobby. People, just one or two people, so what is basically self-help."

"Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again."

"The facilities are a bit old, the overall maintenance is OK, the heater is a bit noisy, the room is big enough, the window cannot be opened, the bathroom is still clean, there are several foods around, and the overall is decent."

"Ctrip looks at the pictures on the hotel, nearly a hundred years of hotel, there is historical precipitation, it is one of the landmark buildings in Satun. The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioning sound is too loud and not warm enough. Customer service is also very general. I am used to living in a new and spacious hotel in China, and the psychological gap is very large."

"Nicely restored historic hotel, centrally located in downtown Saskatoon. Good value. Decent, though smallish room. Continental breakfast is kind of lacking. No broadcast tv, limited free streaming. Limited parking behind building. Pretty good English pub on ground floor."
