"I've stayed at Pullman hotels in many cities, and this one has the best service! Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the cleaning ladies, everyone was excellent, making you feel right at home! The front desk manager even sincerely asked for my feedback, which really shows their service-oriented mindset!
This time I booked a suite. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken, but thankfully the master bathroom toilet worked. The light strip in the master bathroom wouldn't turn off at night, and customer service immediately sent a technician up for repairs, which was very efficient! The facilities just need regular maintenance.
Then, the only somewhat stiff service was from the pool staff! On the first night, I went to the pool area and let my baby get a towel himself. A female staff member, without even looking up, just told the baby to 'get it yourself' – her attitude wasn't good at all, and she lacked service awareness. Even if she wasn't staff, she would help a child, let alone being a staff member! Then my husband said the male staff at the pool also had a bad attitude and no service awareness. He directly went over to them and, in a very harsh tone, said, 'You need to leave the towel.' We weren't planning to take it anyway and were still showering in the changing room. There's no need to be so blunt; you could politely say, 'Sir, please remember to leave the towel in the changing room after showering,' instead of treating us like criminals!
The only thing I felt was that the pool staff's service was poor; everyone else was excellent! It truly has a five-star standard. The only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of the pool staff! The service from the hotel's other staff was truly exceptional! It made up for the shortcomings at the pool. By the way, the pool is beautiful! I'll definitely stay here again! And we even caught Halloween 🎃! The restaurant's decorations were very thoughtful, thumbs up 👍🏻"
