"This trip is a walk-and-go weekend relaxing outing.
I arrived at Trip.com on Saturday to brush the surrounding homestays. I chose Shanban B&B for the comprehensive distance and cost-effectiveness. Far than expected, and I came to the hot spring town. I lived in a room type without private soup. It was a pity that I couldn't soak in the hot spring.
The overall environment of the homestay is good, the materials and design feel natural and comfortable, surrounded by green mountains, the parking space is very convenient, there is a small supermarket and barbecue stall at the door, which is quite convenient. Overall it still feels almost meaningless.
Let me mention the areas I hope to improve: 1. The staff is not enthusiastic, did not take the initiative to connect in advance, did not help with luggage at the store, saw that there were children living with no more dental appliances, etc. 2. The public facilities are too simple, there is nothing to play, the nearby broken bridge is beautiful, but that is all, there are not many other things to play. 3. The room facilities are particularly insufficient, there are almost no stools, there is no place to sit if there are many people, the feeling of the four walls of the family, there is no welcome fruit, there is nothing to send; Because two big and two small stays, there is no more quilt for customer service. 4. Breakfast is only available at 9 o'clock, with porridge, steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes, vegetables and fried noodles buffet. 5. Not very friendly to children, the wash basin is very high, there is no stool to put the children's feet, so that they accidentally smashed the mouthwash cup, the hotel customer service asked to lose money (this should be compensated, I have no opinion).
I feel that this is a homestay based on the restaurant. Maybe it has not been opened for a long time and is still accumulating experience. The above evaluation is based on the perception of staying in many homestay hotels, which may be a bit subjective and for reference only. I hope this homestay will get better and better."
