"Excellent breakfast and service. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well.."

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

"After searching for several days, I finally chose Park Nine Miles. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, even offering to help with my luggage and recommending a popular local food street – a spot I didn't want to miss! My favorite part was the little tea set in the living room. Brewing tea and looking up at the greenery outside the window, I could leisurely sip my tea – it was simply wonderful! They even provided disposable cotton swabs and makeup remover pads in the toiletries bag – the attention to detail was impeccable. My stay was comfortable and relaxing, and it's already on my list for a second visit!"
