"Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room. Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting."

This was the first time I've been asked this on a Ctrip booking. 😄😁 Actually, I feel like the welcome fruit not being delivered to the room is fine, but adding it to the standard breakfast would have been perfect. Everything is new at this newly opened establishment. I wish you continued success!"
