"The room is terrible! It's noisy! The soundproofing is poor! When walking! You can hear the neighbors talking! You can even hear the barking of dogs outside in the morning😂 The front desk clerk is also unprofessional! This is the first time in so many years that I have stayed in a hotel. I was asked to register my address with my passport😂 and asked what nationality I am! I cried so hard! I have been to dozens of cities and this is the first time I was asked for my detailed address and nationality in my hometown😇 They didn't even arrange a quieter room for me! A better room! What are they going to do with so many empty rooms? It's really annoying that they never comment"

"Booked a non-smoking king bed room, but ended up in a smoking twin bed room. The smoke smelled horrible. Even in the lobby with the no-smoking-sign, the people are freely smoking here & worst part the staff are not bothered at all. Seems like the culture here is to justify with such behaviour. Nobody speaks english here as well, so prepare your dictionary!"

The lobby is spacious and grand, and they offered two flavors of complimentary welcome tea. The room came with an iron, which was convenient for pressing clothes. The hotel's overall decor is grand and stylish, and the exterior environment is elegant and quiet – absolutely no noise. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were gentle, polite, and patiently helped resolve any requests. The in-room facilities are very well-maintained; the appliances and bathroom fixtures are all new and in perfect condition. "Is this a hotel converted from a residential building hidden in an alley? There's no proper parking lot; you just park along the side of the alley at the entrance. The parking spots are either next to an open drain or filled with giant cockroaches. When I got out of the car after parking, the ground was covered in dirty water, making it impossible to step anywhere. The lobby on the first floor looks decent, but there's a strong musty smell in the elevator, upstairs hallways, and guest rooms. The air conditioning also smells moldy. The cleanliness is just so-so, and the bedding isn't comfortable to sleep on, plus it had stains. The curtains also had stains. The TV volume was very low; even at maximum, it wasn't clear enough."
