Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions—the attention to detail made me feel instantly warm and welcome. During my stay, both room service and restaurant staff were exceptionally proactive and attentive. Once, I casually mentioned wanting some warm water, and it was brought to me within minutes—that thoughtfulness truly touched me! They responded to any issues immediately, their attitude was impeccable, and I felt as comfortable and at home as possible. Overall, the service here was definitely the highlight—warm, professional, and making my stay incredibly comfortable! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!"
