"The environment is great, and the facilities are comprehensive and quite new. Breakfast needs to be taken at the Renaissance next door on the first floor. Perhaps because I checked in very late, the lighting in the room didn't feel that bright, but everything else was fine, and the staff were all very pleasant."

"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"The room facilities were all OK. However, the toilet in the room with the odd number I was initially given had a strong odor. After reporting this to the front desk, someone immediately offered to change our room. The staff was very welcoming and took us to many rooms until they found one we were satisfied with. They recommended the side with the even numbers."

"I didn't tell me that there was no breakfast. I went the next morning. I had beef noodles and beef noodles. I didn't even have a side dish and eggs, and they were not freshly pulled noodles. "The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. I got their business card, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back next time."

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

It is near the train station, very convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the security brother, who greeted and said hello when they met. It may be because of the holiday, the last day, the breakfast was not good, and there was no food later. I hope this can be improved later.

Although it is very close to the train station, it is very quiet to sleep at night and can't hear the train sound!
