"Don't bother booking the Executive Room. The first room they gave me was right by the elevator and the street. I asked to switch, and they moved me to another room, also by a busy intersection – unbelievable! You could hear cars and horns even with the windows closed. It wasn't until I complained again that they finally moved me to a non-street-facing room. I had to move three times in total."

"The service was excellent. The hotel lobby is really tastefully decorated and feels very upscale. Not far from the front desk, there's a display cabinet showcasing some of the hotel's in-room amenities like bathrobes, pillows, and diffusers. Given that it's a downtown hotel, it's understandably more business-oriented, and that's perfectly fine. The quality of service is still top-notch. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally good. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

I experienced truly superior service, among the best I've encountered. I honestly can't find a single reason to give a bad review. **Room Facilities:** Everything is new, and the toilet is smart. **Bed:** The firmness is just right, extremely comfortable. **WiFi:** Strong signal. **Breakfast:** A wide variety of options, including a local specialty soup called 'beef chan.' The supervisor told me it's best enjoyed by dipping Youtiao (fried dough sticks) into it, which I promptly did, having two bowls with two Youtiao. You can also see the Ferris wheel from here, which is a nice touch! **Value for Money:** Exceeded my expectations, and I believe it will exceed yours too. Another highlight worth mentioning are the lovely ladies at the front desk. Their service awareness is exceptional, and they resolved issues smoothly. They recommended a local dish, 'stir-fried Dagon Chicken,' which was a bit rich but very tasty. They were also incredibly accommodating and responsive to all requests – they truly deserve a commendation."

"The hotel is in the city center and the rooms are very new and modern. **Ambience:** The hotel's internal environment is quite good. There's a cafe inside, likely a partner, where guests get 40% off coffee upon check-in. I wanted to try their pour-over, but that wasn't included in the discount. Still, with the discount, the other coffees were very affordable, which was nice! There's a night market right downstairs; it can be a bit noisy but it's tolerable. Very convenient location. **Service:** The service was excellent. On the day we checked in, a tall, slender young woman handled our check-in. She was very professional and had a great attitude, which made both my friend and me feel that the service was top-notch. When we checked out, the service was equally great. They even gave us a fridge magnet and some of the hotel's drip coffee as a gift. Overall, I'd give this hotel a five-star rating!"
