"Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!"

"First of all, let's talk about the location of the hotel, out of Linyi Station, the opposite is super convenient. Facilities: The room is quite satisfactory, a bit old, the room is OK. If you are looking for luxury, you can ignore it. If the picture is convenient, the first choice. Hygiene: The supporting facilities in the room are old, and the hygiene is still clean and tidy. Service: Here I want to praise the ”Li Bing” service at the front desk for patience, meticulous and thoughtful, and ask him about the surrounding environment, super patient answer! Really good 👍 Finally, the breakfast buffet is still possible. This varies from person to person. I think it is still possible. The price of the room is not very high, and it is really great value in such a superior location!"

"After driving over 5,000 kilometers from Beijing, traveling through Jiangsu and Zhejiang and staying in numerous hotels with varying service and facilities, I found myself here on the way home. I experienced truly superior service, among the best I've encountered. I honestly can't find a single reason to give a bad review. **Room Facilities:** Everything is new, and the toilet is smart. **Bed:** The firmness is just right, extremely comfortable. **WiFi:** Strong signal. **Breakfast:** A wide variety of options, including a local specialty soup called 'beef chan.' The supervisor told me it's best enjoyed by dipping Youtiao (fried dough sticks) into it, which I promptly did, having two bowls with two Youtiao. You can also see the Ferris wheel from here, which is a nice touch! **Value for Money:** Exceeded my expectations, and I believe it will exceed yours too. Another highlight worth mentioning are the lovely ladies at the front desk. Their service awareness is exceptional, and they resolved issues smoothly. They recommended a local dish, 'stir-fried Dagon Chicken,' which was a bit rich but very tasty. They were also incredibly accommodating and responsive to all requests – they truly deserve a commendation."

"The location of the hotel is good, just on the north bank of the Luohe River, there is a large parking lot of its own, you can scan the code for free parking. The surrounding dining and shopping are more convenient, not far from the tea city and antique city. The hotel rooms are large, the facilities are relatively new, and there are free snacks and drinks. The bedding is soft, which is more comfortable for me. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the smart toilet is automatically turned over, and you can also see the night view of the Luohe River. Breakfast is OK, it feels not as good as Lanou, who lives in Jining, but it is good than other mid-range chains."

"I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it."
