"room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about:
1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all
2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before.
All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)"

Navigate to the Hualian Resort Reception Center, where the service is incredibly thoughtful. They'll even transport your luggage directly to the hotel, so you can head straight to the island to enjoy yourself.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. You absolutely must attend the bonfire party in the evening, complete with fireworks and stargazing. The buffet hotpot is also a great option! Outside the lobby, there's a pool with sun loungers, giving it a real resort vibe.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a mini-train specifically for taking guests to designated spots – it's a super novel and fun experience!
We chose an exterior-view room, which I highly recommend. It has a large balcony where you can gaze at the desert. In the morning, it feels like you're waking up right in the desert.
What truly elevated our travel experience the most was the express pass. It felt completely worth the hotel fee, as we were able to enjoy Xian Island without any queues during the May Day holiday. It truly maximized our emotional value!

"The hotel has just opened; it's high-end, with sophisticated decor and quality amenities. Since it's currently in the process of building its reputation and attracting customers on the platform, it's very affordable on Ctrip, offering great value for money.
We received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub; the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious flavors. There are ample parking spaces, both above and below ground. It's close to the highway exit. Multiple elevators connect the basement to the lobby and rooms.
Perhaps due to time constraints, there were some shortcomings in preparation. More ventilation is needed, and cleaning, especially of the bathroom and bedding, was not thorough. The air conditioner, even at maximum fan speed, made a vibrating sound from the vents. The duvet cover and quilt were not snug enough, making it slightly uncomfortable. There were no disposable bathtub liners. Check-out took a long time because housekeeping needed to thoroughly inspect the room before the front desk could refund the deposit.
The surrounding environment is good, quiet, and spacious. Access is very convenient.
Overall, it was a very good experience!"

"As a Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel, this one in Ordos was a very good experience. Located under an expressway, it's very convenient for those driving to various scenic spots. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Mongolian and Cantonese cuisine. The service was also excellent. The receptionist, Xiao Nie, was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and arranging a great room. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable. Although dining options weren't the most convenient, I was quite satisfied as someone who prefers a quiet environment. I would definitely stay here again next time!"

This time I also experienced the hotel's afternoon tea and DIY handmade. Afternoon tea is on the second floor of the lonely cafe in sweat. I can choose the middle position early and exceed the film. DIY handmade is to make yurt pendants and pony refrigerator stickers. My children and I have a great time. In the evening, we can watch movies in the lobby. We are watching Little Sheep Sean. Adults and children are very happy.
Our room is a lonely big bed room, the room is very quiet, I want to find a staff to add a quilt at night, the staff will soon send it, praise! And standing next to the window of the room, you can see the pony directly, and the child is very happy.
Finally, I must say that the morning is really great, not losing a five-star hotel, the wife is delicious, especially the dried four seasons beans, really delicious!
I also learned about Yuanbai this time. I hope I have the opportunity to experience more Yuanbai B&Bs in the future!

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳
Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️
The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. So much 🙏🏻

Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. We really appreciate all the effort they put into the arrangements 🙏🏻

GGuest UserWhat a hidden gem of an accommodation in the desert! I give this hotel a perfect score! As soon as you step out the door, you're greeted by a vast, boundless desert landscape. During the day, you'll watch the light and shadows of the dunes play, and in the evening, you'll catch a breathtaking sunset. At night, you can gaze up at the dazzling starry sky from your bed through the skylight. It's like you've hidden away the romance of the entire desert! The room was incredibly well-equipped, with powerful air conditioning, so you didn't have to worry about the desert's temperature fluctuations. The bathroom was also clean and upscale, and after playing in the sand, you could enjoy a relaxing hot shower.
The most surprising thing was the special activities offered by the scenic area: camel rides, desert treks, desert bonfire parties, and even professional photographers to help you take photos. The experience was truly amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive, preparing sunscreen and hydrating spray in advance and answering any questions you might have about desert adventures. The dining was also excellent, with hot pot and barbecue available in the desert, which was absolutely delicious. 🥰 Staying here for a night truly embodied the ultimate in desert adventure atmosphere and comfort. I'd love to come back again!!!
