"Before booking, I thought the price was a bit steep and I hesitated, but after checking in, I realized it was totally worth it. It really proved the saying, 'you get what you pay for'! The lavish buffet, the numerous recreational facilities within the hotel, along with a wide range of activities, a coffee bar, a late-night bar, and even a newly opened ice rink... there was simply too much to do! The next afternoon, I had originally planned to revisit Sensation Island, but I ended up changing my mind and stayed at the hotel instead. It truly felt like a perfect vacation. It's suitable for both adults and children, and the kids absolutely loved it!"

The front desk staff had a great service attitude, and the lady in the laundry room even folded our dried clothes and brought them to our room – excellent! If I get a chance to visit Ordos again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."
