"Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

"We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit.
Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the price was excellent value.
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, answering all my questions promptly. The whole process was smooth.
The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, good natural light and ventilation, a reasonable layout, and complete toiletries. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, making me feel very safe. The most positive aspect was the stable oxygen supply. Staying in a high-altitude area, I had no worries about altitude sickness. The oxygen equipment worked well and was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The restaurant offered a wide variety of authentic dishes. The breakfast selection was extensive, the ingredients were fresh, and the dining environment was clean and quiet. The service was prompt, making for a very comfortable dining experience.
The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The space was clean and tidy, making it convenient to exercise, ideal for travelers who want to stay active.
Parking was convenient, with dedicated parking spaces. The area was spacious, safe, and worry-free, especially for those driving.
Overall, the environment, service, and facilities were all excellent. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!"

"A mixed bag, though I'm giving five stars mostly out of habit.
**Pros:** The room was clean. The bathroom had a thoughtful touch: a towel/clothes rail positioned well away from the shower, preventing splashes. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and the disposable slippers were thick and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable.
**Cons:**
I might be mistaken, but I thought double rooms usually come with two disposable combs; we only had one.
The noise was a significant issue. If you're assigned a street-facing room, I strongly advise closing the window immediately upon arrival to gauge the sound level. If it's unbearable, request a room change without delay. I only closed the window when I went to bed, only to find it offered virtually no soundproofing. I had hoped the noise would lessen later at night when traffic decreased, but it was to no avail. (I've attached a video taken in the morning; if you turn the volume up to 90%, that's roughly the noise level you'll hear from the bed.)
The room's layout seemed to place our bed's headboard directly against the adjacent room's headboard. This meant that in the morning, not only was I woken up early by outside traffic noise, but there was also another distinct sound. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but after listening closely, I realized it was snoring from the next room. This snoring was faint, blending with the street noise, so much so that my phone could barely pick it up, yet I could distinctly hear it."

GGuest UserThe boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, directly upgrade the suite for free, drive to get off the bus and take you to the living room to have a cup of sweet tea, sweeping away fatigue. The luggage is taken back to take the initiative to help you take it. It is very key in the plateau area. The hotel has oxygen supply. At night, the boss also takes the initiative to take you to see the stars and the night. In short, it is very recommended! ! !

GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, the furniture was spacious and high-end, the tall and beautiful beauty manager of the hotel personally helped with the luggage, the room was oxygenated 24 hours a day, and the bonfire was very lively at night. During the period, I was sorry for the trouble of filling the hotel with a little episode. In short, it is a hotel where you can score full marks on your trip to Tibet. I look forward to staying again. I also highly recommend friends who go to Sakya County to stay.

Xx1023It is rare to find such a comfortable hotel in Jilong Town. It is located independently in a small valley. It is very quiet. The standard room I originally booked was a bit small when I saw the room. I paid the difference and changed it to a suite. There is a large sun room, where I can relax while drinking tea. Good; there is a small flaw in the room facilities. It is inconvenient that there is no towel bar in the bathroom, but the actual space is enough to install it; the hotel restaurant has home-cooked food, which tastes good and is cost-effective. The overall feeling is good, praise!
