In terms of service, the front desk and every staff member we encountered were incredibly enthusiastic, dedicated, and selfless role models. From basic conditions, the facilities and equipment are complete and effective. From environmental hygiene, it's comfortable, elegant, tidy, and clean, with spacious, bright, and spotless rooms. From restaurant offerings, there's a rich variety of meals, plus free rice noodles and regular noodles in the evening. From vehicle management, there's a large parking lot with a dedicated attendant. "I like to choose to live in Jinjiang Group hotels on business trips. The chain is cost-effective and safe. I chose this Lavande when I came to Shigatse. I saw that it was opened in 23 years. I immediately decided. The hotel can contact the staff to pick up and drop off at the station. I confirmed the pick-up time with the staff. When I left the station, I saw that the car of Lavande Hotel was waiting. I was very pleased. The driver was also very enthusiastic to recommend us delicious and fun along the way. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was also very enthusiastic. I saw that the room I booked did not include breakfast. I also gave us breakfast and let us taste it. "The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!"

"First, I want to praise the guy at the cafeteria entrance (I don't know his name), but he enthusiastically introduced us to Tashilhunpo Monastery and even took us to the rooftop to see the temple. Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!"

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even recommending some great local places to eat. A bellhop helped us with our luggage, which was a huge help for us girls! Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local specialty sweet tea and butter tea. Highly recommend!"

"Let's start with the scenery. It's the epitome of ”open the window and see the view!” My room faced the mountains and countryside. In the morning, opening the curtains was a breathtaking spectacle. In the evening, I could see the sunset glow covering the sky. Every photo I took was a wallpaper-worthy one. Every day, just looking at the view from my room was soothing and relaxing. The unobstructed view surrounded me by the natural beauty, instantly soothing any travel fatigue. Even more crucial was the hotel's diffused oxygen system. Upon entering the room, I felt my breathing was noticeably smoother. I completely avoided the stuffy feeling I'd experienced on the plateau. I slept through the night and felt refreshed the next day exploring the attractions. Whether in the room, in the lobby, or in the restaurant, I could feel the consistent oxygen supply. My friend who was traveling with me had some altitude sickness, so the front desk offered a complimentary hour-long hyperbaric oxygen chamber experience, which significantly alleviated their symptoms. The hotel's service was also attentive. The front desk proactively reminded me how to use the oxygen switch, and the room even provided a humidifier for added comfort. Every detail was thoughtful. If you're traveling to the plateau and want a comfortable stay with stunning views, this hotel is definitely your top choice! The scenery heals the soul, the oxygen supply ensures health, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. I will definitely choose this place next time I come. I strongly recommend it to all friends who plan to travel to the plateau!"

"A mixed bag, though I'm giving five stars mostly out of habit. **Pros:** The room was clean. The bathroom had a thoughtful touch: a towel/clothes rail positioned well away from the shower, preventing splashes. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and the disposable slippers were thick and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable. **Cons:** I might be mistaken, but I thought double rooms usually come with two disposable combs; we only had one. The noise was a significant issue. If you're assigned a street-facing room, I strongly advise closing the window immediately upon arrival to gauge the sound level. If it's unbearable, request a room change without delay. I only closed the window when I went to bed, only to find it offered virtually no soundproofing. I had hoped the noise would lessen later at night when traffic decreased, but it was to no avail. (I've attached a video taken in the morning; if you turn the volume up to 90%, that's roughly the noise level you'll hear from the bed.) The room's layout seemed to place our bed's headboard directly against the adjacent room's headboard. This meant that in the morning, not only was I woken up early by outside traffic noise, but there was also another distinct sound. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but after listening closely, I realized it was snoring from the next room. This snoring was faint, blending with the street noise, so much so that my phone could barely pick it up, yet I could distinctly hear it."

The hotel provides laundry service, but I asked by phone and was told that if there are more than two pieces, they will be charged separately. You can see the price list at the front desk."
