"This hotel was the best one I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Yunnan.
From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff immediately offered me hot flower tea. They thoughtfully informed me about the rooftop hot spring's opening hours and enthusiastically recommended local delicacies. They even brought the afternoon tea, which we had missed, to our room, really showcasing the excellent service in Tengchong.
After checking in, we went to the restaurant recommended by the front desk and then enjoyed the rooftop hot spring. The hot spring water was incredibly comfortable – my body doesn't lie! That night, I slept soundly and deeply, and my skin felt so smooth and improved. In the evening, the front desk sent up two bowls of tremella soup. Another heartwarming gesture!
On the day of checkout, the front desk staff kindly asked if we had breakfast and even gave us a souvenir when we left. If my itinerary hadn't been pre-arranged, I would have definitely stayed an extra day in Tengchong just for this hotel."

"We are a group of 12 Malaysian who spent 5 days 4 Nights at Tengchong. The lady boss - 素素 is very nice and friendly. The hotel provided airport transfer and was picked up by the lady boss personally. Rooms are big and with all amenities. Location of the hotel is also quite convenient. Nearby a lot of local restaurants. Right opposite the hotel is the bus station where we could book or charter bus to travel back to KunMing. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel could arrange for our local tour to TengChong and 芒市 tour at a very reasonable package tour."

The homestay is hidden on the mountainside of Gaoligong Mountain, avoiding the noisy and particularly comfortable city. This stay at Heshun Yushe Panjing Inn is really a small luck on the trip! The owner's sister and brother are as kind as family. Not only did they help us plan the parking space in advance, but also prepared a super practical play map according to local characteristics. The recommended copper yak beef has been endless aftertaste.
The 180° panoramic room is bright and spacious, the log furniture and the national style soft decoration complement each other, and the bedding is soft enough to make people fall asleep in seconds. The most pleasant surprise is the freshly cooked bait silk for breakfast, which perfectly opens up a day of vitality!
The location of the inn is a gold C, a 3-minute walk to the century-old food street, and the corner is the net red restaurant, but it magically avoids the noise. This hot spring hotel, nestled halfway up the mountainside in Tengchong, boasts an unparalleled location with sweeping city views. From the misty, ink-wash painting-like scenery greeting you through the floor-to-ceiling windows each morning, to the vibrant orange and blue oil painting at sunset, the beauty is truly captivating and perfect for photos.
The owners are incredibly warm and attentive. From pre-arrival communication and reception to meticulously looking after every detail during our stay, their dedication shines through. You can truly feel their passion for life.
The room's layout is well-designed, but the private hot spring pool deserves the highest praise. It was diligently cleaned every day, with even the tile grout spotless. Each evening, the hot spring water was crystal clear with a faint, pleasant scent of bezoar. They even thoughtfully brought drinks and fruit to our room as soon as the water started filling. Our child enjoyed yogurt every night for three days, and impressively, no two flavors were the same – such a heartwarming touch.
Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, offering a variety of local dishes like Ersi and rice noodles, alongside side dishes, fruits, and pastries, with hardly any repetition. Our child's recurring phrase each day was, 'Next time, we're staying at this hotel again.'
Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owners for their attentive and thoughtful care.

XiaoshetongxueyaFacilities: It's a newly opened place, located right in the ancient town! It has an antique charm, and the environment is lovely. They even upgraded us to a room on the second floor, heehee!
Hygiene: Excellent! Very clean, which is important to us as we really value a clean environment.
Ambiance: The design is fantastic, I love it! It has a very Yunnan-esque feel, heehee, predominantly wood. And it's quiet!
Service: I think it was genuinely great! Little brother Cun (Xiaocun) was so enthusiastic! He even helped us with our luggage when it was raining, and was very accommodating. He also recommended many places for us to visit!
Highly recommended! It's a place I'd definitely come back to! My top choice in Heshun Ancient Town! The value for money is also excellent.

This trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! Finally, I'd like to suggest they be a little more proactive in their service!

Guest UserThe owner was very kind; after we sent him our location, he proactively picked us up and even helped us with our luggage to our room. The house was uniquely designed; every floor we went up revealed a different and delightful design, which we especially loved. Our family also said it was warm and comfortable. 👍👍 It had everything: a laundry room, exercise equipment, a terrace with a barbecue and swing... a piano, a guitar, and a breakfast selection that combined Western and Chinese elements, including coffee, bread, butter, oatmeal, porridge, rice noodles, oranges, corn, and plenty of fruit. When we got tired of walking around, we could easily sit in the shop's coffee shop – very comfortable! 👍

eCupNoodleWe had just spent 3 nights at this B&B and loved our stay there very much. The manager on duty, Mr Wang, picked us up from the airport. Helped us settle in. We then wandered around the ancient town, which was a very nice place to explore as well. He assisted us with booking an onsen session at another resort in the area (20-minute walk). Also helped us with booking rental car, making travel plans, booking ride to Baoshan Railway Station. He and his crew were friendly, genuinely kind, attentive, always offering to assist. Room was super comfortable. Design was simple but very nice. He designed the decor himself. Given the chance, I would love to come back and stay again (longer, hopefully).

Guest UserGreat homestay, unexpectedly good. It was the rainy season when I came, but the homestay was very dry and tidy, the room was very comfortable, and the hygiene was great! The location is in Heshun Ancient Town. On the 3rd floor, you can see the surrounding fields and ancient towns. You can soak in the hot springs in the room. It is the B&B that drives to the sulfur spring of Athaila every day. The B&B has installed equipment and removed the sulfur smell of the hot spring. It is very comfortable to soak. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. If you come to Heshun Ancient Town, it is really recommended!

As soon as I entered the yard, I was cured: the bougainvillea crawled all over the branches, the white tables and chairs on the lawn were like scenes in a fairy tale, and the sun was scattered through the leaves on the ground. The terrace of the room is so big, the room can also be soaked in hot springs, and the view is good. The wooden floor is matched with a rattan lounge chair. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat.
The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward.
The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions.
Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property.
Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.
