"Staying at this hotel while visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen was a great choice. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious, basically having everything you need except for disposable toiletries. The breakfast selection was extensive. The staff, especially the front desk receptionists, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even though we drove, the hotel provided free public transport tickets and proactively offered a map. My only minor complaint is that the hotel's promotional image uses a picture resembling Neuschwanstein Castle's exterior, which could be misleading, making people think it's the hotel's facade. However, overall, this hotel is an excellent option when coming to Neuschwanstein."

"The air conditioner in the room was leaking on the day we checked in. Multiple repairs failed to solve the problem, which disturbed our rest. In order not to be disturbed, we chose to turn off the air conditioner and endure it. We were very uncomfortable with this room which cost more than 1,800 yuan a night. However, after I reported these issues to Ctrip, they followed up with the hotel’s feedback and handled the matter throughout the process, which was very heartwarming and touching. "I think it is a reasonable hotel. It is highly recommended for those who do not want to spend too much money in the hotel. The room was very large and easy to spend. The room is a little thin, so you can hear the voice next to you, but it is very recommended because it is near the station and has a good access. By the way, it takes about ２０ by bus to the photo."

"I remember visiting Neuschwanstein Castle when I first came to Germany in 2006, but what attracted me deeply was the tranquil Alpine Lake at the foot of the mountain. In the following two years, I came here twice by chance, and each time I took the same route, but I never really enjoyed the slow pace here. So this 18th anniversary trip is my fourth time to Neuschwanstein Castle, and I deliberately chose to stay by the Alpine Lake at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle! Even if it's raining today, enduring the traffic jam on the German highway, and driving 370 kilometers for four and a half hours, I must come! As expected, the hotel is in an excellent location, the room is not only spacious, but also the view is amazing: looking up at the dormer window, the Old Swan Castle on the left and the New Swan Castle on the right; turning around and looking at the big window on the other side, the Alpine Lake is outside... This is simply a fairyland scenery! I was just feeling proud when I suddenly realized that no matter how I inserted the room card, there was no electricity in the room. I immediately called the front desk to report the problem. The electrician who came to help me fix it was actually the uncle who did my valet parking. After taking apart all the panels in my closet for a long time, he discovered that there was a distribution box inside. After fiddling with it for a while, he finally fixed it. Then he discovered that there were no slippers, bathrobes, or water in the room, so he hurried back to restock them. Before he finished his work here, he looked up and saw a huge live spider on the ceiling... Fortunately, the uncle was very quick and quick and fixed everything quickly. I couldn't help but whisper to him: It feels like you are the only employee in your hotel, and you are working so hard! He also shook his head helplessly and said: It is indeed a National Day and we are short of staff... "Good location about 5 to 10 minutes from Fussen station, about 10 to 15 minutes to main attractions in Fussen (e.g. Museum, Fussen castle). Breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious as well, however curtains need to be drawn as the room is facing the road. Otherwise good view, not too noisy when the windows are closed. They provide 2 bottles of water on arrival which is not topped up, also no kettle or other amenities in the room.  There is a guest laundry available which is 4 Euros and a dryer as well that’s also 4 Euros.  The stay comes with a complimentary Fussen Card which allows you to take the bus to the castles for free, and also have a discounted price at Fussen’s ticketed attractions.  Overall a good stay."

"The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well. The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded. Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up. Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal."

"This is a homestay that needs to check in automatically. The only advantage is that parking is convenient. The door of the homestay is very dangerous. When my daughter opened the door, she was hit by the door and her whole hand was swollen. She asked the service staff to wipe the medicine. He only took an ice cube for us to apply ice, and did not do other treatments. I felt very dumbfounded. There are security concerns."

"It's really good to have a small balcony to see the scenery outside. Drive ten minutes to Swan Castle, good location, good parking. Breakfast is not too good. Quiet, but not shading, the most important pillow is too uncomfortable, and the bath water is hot and cold. The price is OK, after all, there is an indoor swimming pool and sauna, and it can be until ten o'clock in the evening, which is considered a rare generation."

"酒店其實是民居改造，就在湖邊，有自己的停車場，但是需要另外付費，不過車庫比較小，進出都考驗車技，晚上遊客少了之後，可以選擇路邊停車。周邊很多德國本地人度假。我們的這個房型帶廚房，不過也沒什麼用。還有一個挺大的露台，做了玻璃房，冬天應該很舒適，但是夏天的話，對於涼風吹入室內會有點阻礙。這裏早晚温差大，房間沒有空調，所以晚上衹能等室外的風吹進來降温。有一張大床和一張沙發床，對於帶孩子的家庭來説還是挺好的。房間挺大的，三個行李箱全部打開都沒問題。早餐品種不多，但是出品還不錯，12歐每人也是值得的。去M 記之類的不一定有早餐，即使有，一個套餐下來比酒店的貴，選擇還沒有那麼多。"
