"I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer.
The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool.
Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years.
Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money."

"As dusk settled, I opened the window, and the evening breeze, carrying the fragrant scent of grass and trees, wafted in. The bedding in the room had a warm, sun-kissed aroma, and the linen curtains draped gracefully. The glow from the floor lamp spread across the wooden floor, like a shallow pool of golden light. Frosted bottles stood quietly in the bathroom, and the citrus scent of the shower gel mingled with the steam. I was awoken by birdsong in the morning; pulling back the curtains, distant mountains unfolded in the mist. A white porcelain cup on the table held freshly brewed tea, its steam gently rising. "Not sure how it's got so many good reviews, maybe most of the reviewers have never really travelled before.
This place is very money orientated, its not cheap for what you get. We checked in 12:30pm and was told they would waive the early check-in fee which was good however not in 40 years of travel have I ever been charged if the room was available and it wasnt 7am. Different story on check out day I only wanted to use the pool showers to freshen up as we had a late flight and was told Id have to pay 3000 pesos for a late checkout until 6pm. Again everywhere I've stayed in the past would let me sit by the pool and hang out at the hotel after checkout till my flight. The rooms were poor with no duvet, just the very unhygienic wrap some sheets around a common blanket method. Some of the power points and usbs didn't work. Mini bar was empty. There wasn't enough space for two suitcases. The room service was western prices, the free water wasnt really enough to wash your teeth and a coffee. The doors were extremely noisy closing and ours had a big gap underneath and down the side letting noise and light in. The corridors were also very noisy. The road noise was very loud too. The pool was very old and tired, you wouldn't want to sit up there anyway as the disco music was so very loud it just want nice ambience. The location is good but it stinks so bad next to Manila bay. Budget Wyndham or not it doesn't match the price tag."

"This place is for those familiar with Airbnb. Once you arrive at Palm Tree Villas, confirm your building with the security at the entrance/exit and then proceed to the reception. Keep in mind, the reception is for the condominium, not a hotel. They'll just have your name listed in a notebook or on a piece of paper for that day's arrivals. If your name's there, they'll take a photo of your passport or ID with a smartphone, and then someone responsible for your room will come to escort you. The rooms appear clean at first glance, but some might have quite a few small cockroaches. If you're not happy with the room you're assigned, you can switch to another one if available. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for hotel-level services, but if you just need a place to sleep before/after using the airport, it's pretty good value for money."

"Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card."

"Our stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received."

I book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all).  The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance.  If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

Everything is commendable but the only problem is when you Google the hotels location it can not be found. But when you inquire from the hotel near where you are being guided by Google it is the hotel itself. A different name in the booking and when I called up the cp number given in the booking nobody answers. I was thinking that it was a scam but luckily it's not. I would recommend this hotel anyway.

The area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apartment on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I bought online.
