"Subject: Feedback on Staff Training and Late Check-out Protocol We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie). However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight. Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence. Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus."

"Since I have a plan to go to arena for volleyball match, the hotel location is really help me out with just 5 minutes walking distance. One female staff was not so friendly (I guess coz we check in at 4am since our flight land late) and helpful but the rest is fine, they actually provide great customer service so will definitely book there again on my next trip."

"You cannot take a shower in this unit. They need to replace the shower hot cold valves; The hot/cold water mixer starts out cold, then you increase the hot then it gets super hot then you go back to cooler all the way back to cold then repeat repeat. It will never balance at warm. A shelf above the toilet is saggy and loose from the wall. A ceiling light was flickering. The fan works okay, but the swivel knob is broken.  It pulls it right out of the fan. The aircon: you can't read the label on the control buttons but the Aircon works ok. the aircon control buttons are very dirty. We like the location very much. Walk right to the airport. "

"Our stay was an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. This is my third time booking this hotel, and I will definitely continue to come back. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Dragon Mall where most government offices such as NBI and Passport Renewal are located. It is also close to Baclaran Church, as well as 24-hour shopping and food spots. It only cost me 100 pesos by Grab from MOA to the hotel. We extend till 1pm cos my son love to swim at the pool. I am simply in love with this place."

"It was okay, you get what you pay for I guess. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are thin and you basically get an airport blanket for the night. Netflix didn’t work and the majority of channels on the TV were unavailable. The room only has a chiller, not a fridge, and I would argue that it didn’t chill much if anything. 3-1 shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and house keeping will wake you up every day at 8:30."

"This is a nicely located hotel in Manila Bay. It is about 20 mins drive from Manila Airport via Grab. We did not encounter any traffic jam on Friday afternoon about 5pm as well as on our way to manila airport on Saturday 730am. Check in was ok. Room generally was on compact size so as the bathroom. But everything is as expected from a 3 star hotel. My only complaint would be why not offer shower gel? It is very old fashion to give small soap bar. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view over manila bay (sunset was good) as well as some city centre view. Anyway the main selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the Mall of Asia in Manila Bay. It is a huge modern new mall with hundreds of shop in it. A lot of food options as well as supermarket. The hotel offer a free hourly shuttle service to the mall which is handy for guests. Walking to the mall is about 10mins at most. Overall, this is safe and good hotel to stay in Manila."
